Chapter 858 - Chapter 857: Sampo's Honest Invitation

Silver Wolf started to get heated.

In the Dreamscape, she began dying and coming back to life repeatedly. Accompanied by this constant cycle of death and rebirth, her blood pressure got higher and higher, and her ways of dying became increasingly bizarre.

Later on, she guessed a few traps correctly, but before she could even feel smug, she was taught a lesson.

At first, she was killed by the traps. Later on, as Silver Wolf gradually got red-faced with rage, sometimes she would sprint directly into traps that clearly had no hidden tricks.

This appearance... was as if she had given up on treatment.

While Silver Wolf was getting heated over here, outside the Dream Bubble, Pei Guang and Firefly, who had been watching the livestream the whole time, were having a blast.

Not only were the two of them happy, but the two Memokeepers helping with the work were also incredibly amused at this moment.

This was a Dream Bubble created under Pei Guang's direction, so they knew its peculiarities best. And the first person to experience this Dream Bubble was the famous Stellaron Hunter, who was actually getting enraged while playing?

It was simply hilarious.

While the Memokeepers were amused, Firefly looked at Silver Wolf, who was constantly dying and reviving, and also felt a... strange sense of joy.

She and Pei Guang commented while enjoying the show.

Pei Guang: "Here it comes, here it comes! Some people are alive, but they are already dead."

In the Dream Bubble, Silver Wolf jumped next to a pit. As a result, every time she jumped, a solid block would appear above her head.

Finally, Silver Wolf jumped into the pit in despair.

Subsequently, they heard Silver Wolf saying: "I definitely won't fall for it a second time!"

Then they watched as her foot slipped, falling directly in and revealing an expression of despair.

A smile also appeared on the corner of Firefly's mouth: "Look, she died in the same place again. She looks like she's in a lot of pain."

Pei Guang: "How is that possible? Look at her, she's simply enjoying it, okay? This game is free. She can quit anytime she wants, and there are no restrictions on exiting. She's the one insisting on continuing, so it's not my business. Besides, this game of mine isn't even hard~"

Firefly reached out and punched Pei Guang's arm: "Not hard? My scalp goes numb just watching. Look at Silver Wolf, she's about to cry."

Pei Guang: "It's not a big problem. As the saying goes, smiles don't disappear, they just transfer. She's suffering, but as long as we're happy, that's all that matters! Hahahaha!"

With Pei Guang leading the way, Firefly also let out a cheerful laugh.

Pei Guang was right: watching Silver Wolf refuse to quit despite dying, looking stubborn and unconvinced, she felt it was genuinely amusing.

This feeling was like watching a streamer play a horror game: watching the other person screaming in fear gave her an inexplicable sense of joy.

However, Firefly also imagined herself in that situation. She felt that if she went in there... she probably wouldn't fare any better than Silver Wolf.

The game Pei Guang created was toxic. Every time, she was just a little bit off. After experiencing enough, when the player started guessing, he would also let them correctly guess the placement of some traps.

Every time she correctly guessed a trap, it gave Silver Wolf the feeling that her IQ was higher than Pei Guang's.

Once she had this feeling, Silver Wolf's motivation grew stronger, and then she would proceed forward to die again.

Plus, there were constant save points along the way.

Although it was painful, arriving at a save point and seeing the reward Credits made her feel that the previous experiences didn't matter.

The number of deaths looked high, but because the deaths happened quickly, combined with total immersion, it gave the impression that not much time had passed. Plus, with no death log, she just got used to dying over and over again.

As the first person to experience it, amidst the constant cycle of getting heated, feeling pleasure, and getting heated again, Silver Wolf cleared the first level.

While Silver Wolf was dying over and over again here, on the other side, Sampo found Sparkle, who was staring at Aventurine and preparing to stir up trouble.

"Yo~ Sis Sparkle~"

Sampo's voice made Sparkle smile: "What is it? Aren't you watching him? Is there anything fun going on over there?"

Sampo: "Of course there is! He made a very interesting game. Have you heard of the Stellaron Hunter, Silver Wolf?"

Sparkle: "I've heard of her."

Sampo: "She's having a blast playing inside. I heard the other Stellaron Hunter also smiled happily seeing how happy this Miss Hacker was. How about it? Should the two of us go try it out? This is a game he created, after all."

"Oh right! Since you didn't believe what I said before, let's go over together. You can see for yourself if my words were true. He and I are good buddies."

Sparkle narrowed her eyes at Sampo. She felt like there was a trap here, but as a pursuer of elation, how could she not step into a trap just because it was there?

She wanted to see how many masks were hidden beneath Sampo's face.

As for Sampo? His plan was simple. He was genuinely inviting Sparkle to experience the new game created by Pei Guang together.

He wasn't lying: this game looked very fun at a glance!

Didn't you see the people watching the livestream outside laughing, and the person playing inside unable to stop? It's very interesting, isn't it?

In fact, at this moment, quite a few people had already started voluntarily promoting this new game Pei Guang created.

To those short on money, they said this could make them rich. To those wanting a challenge, they said this place was full of challenges. To those seeking the meaning of life, they said this place held the goals they were pursuing.

The Masked Fools weren't bragging: everything they said was the truth!
