"Director Twilight, I wanted to discuss the lead actress for our upcoming series. We've narrowed the selection down to three candidates, but the production team is divided."
Twilight gestured toward the chair opposite her.
"Sit down. Let's see who you have."
He placed the photographs on her desk and began explaining the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.
Twilight listened carefully, comparing their previous performances and experience before turning her attention to the script.
"Have all three auditioned for the role?"
"Yes. We recorded their auditions yesterday."
"Then I want to watch the recordings before making a decision. A popular actress isn't necessarily the right person for the character."
The creative director nodded.
"I thought you might say that. I've already prepared the recordings."
"Good. Send them to my office system. I'll review them before approving the final selection."
