As Pine Bloom passed by the communication hall, her steps slowed. A voice sounded beside her.
"Are you going to tell them to prepare to leave?"
It was Crab.
Pine Bloom tossed the question back. "What about you?"
Crab said, "I hate losing. Maybe waiting a bit longer is still possible?"
Pine Bloom smiled. "That is exactly what I was thinking."
Crab asked, "So can you forgive Sea Pony?"
Pine Bloom's smile vanished. "Go to hell."
Above the war cruise ship, the star tracks glowed softly, illuminating the river of time.
Players no longer had much interest in playing. Since yesterday, the rankings for this Divine Game had essentially settled. There would be no major changes. The later the game went, the clearer victory and defeat became.
