You can't even tell me how much stronger he is? Stupid ass game.
Gray couldn't use his senses to figure it out either - Boros' Ki was strange. It was wide, expanding over the entire planet, but also suffocating. Just by reaching out his senses, Gray felt like he was being pulled into a Ki-blackhole.
But, despite the anger flowing through him - both at Boros and the game - Gray couldn't help but let his lips twitch up into a large grin.
5000? Not fuckin' bad!
In fact, not only did Gray think it was not bad, but that it was really good.
That's the same as if I got 50,000 attribute points and divided them evenly, and this is only one Zenkai Boost? I guess you are good for something, Boros!
Gray grinned wider as his body felt not only recovered, but significantly stronger than before. Then, he flexed his whole body, and a flare of red Ki came to life around him.
"KAIO-KEN X20!" Blast winced backwards from how loudly the words came out, as Gray's voice boomed across the gap between himself and Boros - shouting in a mixture of forcing the transformation to life, and in pure excitement.
"Go help Saitama," Gray spat out as his Kaio-Ken sprang to life, just glancing over at Blast, whose eyes were a bit wide as Gray's power came to life again, "I'll handle him. You two can come help when you're done."
They'll definitely finish their fight before I'm done with mine.
Gray might've been a bit prideful and arrogant at times, but right now, he had no false confidence about the gap between him and Boros. The boost in stats was nice, but he knew he was in for an ass-beating.
But it's a power-up ass beating, so it's fine this time.
"H-He's much too powerful, I don't think this is a good-"
Before Blast could even finish his sentence, Gray saw Boros' body twitch just slightly in the crater below, and he moved. Gray vanished, blasting forward in a hurricane of red power as Boros launched upward. They met in the middle, with Gray's cocked back arm launching forward to meet Boros' own.
Gray activated every skill he could in that moment - his attack became coated in a layer of Ki, [Attack Boost] activated, and [Prediction] ensured that his fist met Boros' straight on. However, despite all the skills, as his fist made contact with the void-like aliens, all that Gray felt was a world of pain.

"FUCK!" Gray grunted as their fists met in the middle for only a second, and then, his arm was promptly sent flying backward. The impact coursed through him, splitting through the arm as Gray subconsciously wondered if he was about to lose a limb, but it stayed attached. Instead, a flurry of cracking noises rang out to his side, and he felt the bones in his limb crack into various pieces.
And, judging by the damage notification, Boros was finally getting truly serious. As he saw Gray's Kaio-Ken spring to life, even the blank-faced, void-like alien felt a twinge of excitement, and he went from toying around with Gray to truly facing him.
Gray didn't have time to wallow in the pain, as he slammed forward with his other fist instantly - [Prediction] warning him about a blow aimed for his face. A split second later, Boros' other fist appeared in front of his face in the blink of an eye, and his head was almost blown off his body. Gray's other hand pounded into the side of Boros' attack, intent on knocking it away and deflecting the blow, but he might as well have been punching a brick wall.
His knuckles cracked as they pressed into the side of Boros' hand, and the alien's path didn't change in the slightest. His fist swirled through the air, being surrounded in an envelope of Ki, and then made direct contact with Gray's face.

Gray's head snapped back, and his body followed a second later as he was sent missiling head-first towards the Hero Association Headquarters. Gray barely even felt his body burst through the side of the building and come out the other - causing it to start collapsing behind him - as his head throbbed from the blow.
H-He hits like a fuckin' truck.
Gray could barely even get out that thought as he tried to stabilize himself mid-air, but was stopped as Boros appeared seemingly out of thin air again - his leg raised, and the bottom of his foot pointing at Gray's chest. His leg shot out, splitting the air as it slammed directly into Gray's chest.

Gray's world spun as he was sent reeling downward, the air around him breaking so quickly that he looked more like a meteor than a body. He slammed into the ground harshly, a crater forming around him as the impact sent dust and rocks flying in every direction. Blood flew from his mouth, and his world started to spin as his ears were ringing.
"Fuck," Gray grunted weakly, his body aching as he glanced over at his shattered arm, "Not enough yet, huh? That's fine."
Luckily for him, his functioning arm was the one that was holding the Senzu Beans. He reached out, his tight fist-grip causing some of the beans to be a bit smushed, and plopped one into his mouth again. As he did, a notification appeared in his vision.

However, the much more important notification came next.

"I'm not done yet, bastard!" Gray huffed, grinning widely as his power recovered, and pushed himself to his feet. His gaze locked onto Boros, who tensed as he was ready to launch down at Gray again. In response, Gray's legs tensed, and both powerhouses went blitzing towards each other again.
Gray's blood pounded in his ears as he rocketed toward Boros, his adrenaline flowing as every fiber of his being screamed with a mixture of excitement and anger. The red aura of his Kaio-Ken x20 flared around him like a miniature sun, distorting the air as his insides sped up.
They met in the middle quickly, Gray's fist jutting forward as Boros' came towards him like a missile. The alien's fist moved quickly, looking like a blur, but Gray narrowed his eyes as he could just barely keep track of it now with [Prediction]. His body abruptly swayed - Garou's style allowing for the Instant Movement technique to work flawlessly. Gray's body swayed, moving like water as he tilted to the side, and Boros' fist went bursting past him in an explosion of air.
At the same time, Gray's fist curved upward - streaking forward at a blinding speed that would've been unavoidable for most. However, Boros wasn't most.
Ki coated Gray's fist, and with [Attack Boost] pushing his attack forward, he was ready to finally land a blow on Boros. In response, in an almost mocking way, Boros just casually lifted one arm - waiting until the last instant, as his arm shot upward and blocked Gray's punch.

His fist slammed into Boros' forearm, but rather than a satisfying blow, it was like Gray had punched a brick wall.
Damn!
Pain lanced through Gray's shoulder, and his arm vibrated violently from the impact. Within his hand, bones threatened to shatter. However, Gray didn't have time to care as Boros' other arm came lashing out, and Gray's body moved as if it were made of water to barely tilt out of the way. A second later, Boros' leg came launching upward, and in his awkward position, Gray had no chance of dodging. The leg slammed into his chin, yanking his head upward, before it abruptly dropped downward again - slamming into his skull.

Gray was sent launching downward, blitzing through the air and slamming into the surface of Harro again. A boom resounded through the air, and a shockwave shot outward from the force as another massive crater appeared. This time, Gray wasn't even given a chance to think about anything, as Boros blasted downward - his fist outstretched as he came crashing down.

Gray let out a mixture of a gasp and a grunt as the fist slammed into his gut, curving his limp body around Boros' limb in the process. Another large shockwave shot outward, and the crater under him dented even deeper into the planet - looking more like a canyon than a crater at this point. Blood flew from his mouth, spitting out into the air as his ears started to ring, and his vision became blurry again. But, despite the pain, Gray had just one thought.
Senzu Bean!
Boros had already retracted his fist, but his other was cocked back as he intended to slam Gray's body even deeper into the crater. Gray didn't have any time to think, but his body instinctively knew what was coming - a barrage of blows that would kill him. If he didn't eat a Senzu Bean now, his body would become paste against the ground.
So, his hand flicked, literally flinging a Senzu Bean towards his mouth as Boros' fist started to move downwards. The bean approached his mouth as the fist slammed downward, and in a fraction of a second, three notifications appeared in Gray's vision.

Gray gasped lightly as his body was healed, and if his teeth had chomped down on the Senzu Bean even a millisecond later, then his brain would be on the rocky floor behind him. However, that one thought was the only one he got, as his head was snapped backwards from a fist slamming into it.

Despite Gray's close save, Boros didn't care for the dramatics of it, as his barrage was just getting started. Gray's hand instantly yanked upward again, covering his face in the split second he had before another fist came crashing into his face again.

Boros' arms moved like a blur, looking like he had ten instead of two, as a dozen different blows slammed down onto Gray's limp form within a second. Even with his enhanced power from both the increased stats and the Kaio-Ken, Boros' arms were nearly too fast for him to track, and were definitely too fast for him to dodge.
Chug them all!

Even with [Cognitive Acceleration], two more blows had made contact with Gray within the singular thought - but luckily, his body was moving before his brain was. A Senzu Bean landed in his mouth, and he bit down. As he did, a sequence of 'eat like your life depends on it' began.

This cycle continued for only a few seconds, but in that time, Gray was smacked deeper into Harro by dozens upon dozens of blows, and in the same timespan, shoved seven more Senzu Beans down his throat. Notifications stacked on notifications, but Gray could barely see them as his body was being taken on a whirlwind.
Fuck this hurts!
It was a strange feeling - being constantly put on the edge of death in the fraction of a second as you were beaten to literal paste, and then healed back to prime condition just as quickly, just to be beaten into the ground once again.
But after a total of nine Senzu Beans eaten during the fight, the barrage finally stopped. Not because Boros wanted it to, but because Gray's eyes widened as the fists pressing down on his seemed to slow with every bite of bean. The pain from each punch faded as it took more and more punches to put him in Zenkai Boost range, and both his END and AGI continued to climb. Where the fists started as missile-like blurs, they had slowed to just 'too fast to dodge' blows, and then, finally, to reasonable, almost slow punches.
Slow's exaggerating.
They weren't slow, as Gray still had to grit his teeth as he leaned forward to make his move, but they at least weren't impossible to dodge. As a fist streamed towards Gray's face again, he leaned forward and inward, letting it flow at the side of his face - drawing just a bit of blood on his cheek. Then, he shoved off the ground behind him - his fish lashing out in his one window of opportunity.
His fist pressed forward, moving with newfound power and speed, as it shimmered with the red glow of the Kaio-Ken. It blasted between the narrow gap between himself and Boros, snapping forward in an instant, and made contact.

Gray couldn't even see how much damage the attack did, but he didn't care either. His fist slammed into Boros' dark, void-like gut and sent the alien sliding backwards. He wasn't sent flying, or reeling, or even looked to be in much pain, but nonetheless, he had moved. His feet slid through the rock, and his barrage stopped as even Boros seemed surprised.
I did it. I landed a punch.
"Hey, fucker," Gray grinned, pulling his fist back as Boros looked down blankly at where Gray's fist had made contact, "You felt that, right?"
In an instant, the tides of the battle had changed. The blow might've been weak and insignificant in the long run, but that didn't matter. An opponent who had been unscratched had finally been touched, and the impossible foe was no longer impossible.
"I'm gonna kick your ass."
As Gray grinned widely, he knew he looked insane. The Senzu Bean didn't magically make the blood go away, and if he had looked down, he would've noticed he was covered in a waterfall of it. It flowed from his nose, his mouth, his chest, and even his eyes from the constant blows he had suffered, but Gray didn't care in the slightest. All he cared about was how he was going to beat the life out of Boros.
The counterattack starts now.
