First person POV - Liam.
Not counting the girls who were away, I managed to meet up with all of them, more than once, in my first two weeks back. All except one: Seraphina.
I'd even had time to chat briefly with Lucas before, but I couldn't find time with that beautiful and rigid woman. At least not until that day.
The main reason was that she was still very busy with the Mattau case. In particular, the lawsuits against Paul Mattau and Zack Mattau.
I wanted to help her more with that mission, but Helena insisted on not telling me much about how things were going. Besides, there were so many things to deal with that I ended up letting it slide.
But as far as I knew, things were going well, and Helena, Sophia, and Seraphina were working well together to handle that family.
Anyway, if I couldn't be very useful in practical terms, I could at least help ease the woman's workload and help her relax a bit more.
