Under a wall covered in fluorescent graffiti, Morris was analyzing the intelligence he had just gathered to his teammates.
At their feet was a narrow ditch, filled with foul-smelling wastewater.
Such ditches were commonplace throughout the No Light Zone.
They were connected to various drainage pipes from the Upper City, collecting the area's sewage to be purified and reused at the plant below.
