For example, helping the Adren Kingdom's army escort military supplies, protecting a nobleman in escaping the war zone, or roaming the battlefield's edges, finding lone Beastmen and taking them out, then bringing their heads to the army for rewards.
Moreover, if they dream bigger, they could even sneak into the Beastman camps and earn huge bounties by assassinating Beastman officers.
