The Buddha sat calmly without rising, merely lifting his gaze slightly. The Ten Directions Blood Buddha Banner immediately met the aging light from the lamp, resembling cloth blocking the light, keeping it at bay.
With a gentle stroke, a tea set appeared before the Buddha. He poured himself tea and drank slowly, appearing relaxed and at ease, though the light could do nothing.
The Youye Emperor's delicate brows furrowed slightly. She gently grasped, retrieving the oil lamp into her palm, staring intently at the benevolent-looking Buddha before her.
