As soon as I said that, my body started to break down and fade away in the form of orange colored pixels.
Last I checked, I was in my hotel room but in an instant, my vision had turned blank. All I could see was darkness.
"Where am I?" I thought. "I can't see anything, I can't hear anything. I can't even feel anything."
My senses were working fine. There was just nothing for them to pick up on.
"So this is the inside of my Item Space. How dull. Will everything I put inside it come out if I think about it?"
I thought about First Dawn and it immediately emerged. Pixelating right in front of me.
"Awesome."
I could see it clearly too, despite all the endless darkness surrounding me.
I then remembered. "Hold on… I still haven't checked out how much my Stats have increased after that fight with Melissa. You're up System."

"I knew it. It was just a sparring match but because I fought an A-Rank and was even forced to break my limits, the gain was insurmountable." I thought, looking at my Stats.
"Now as for the Item Space. I have absolutely no idea what I'm supposed to be doing. Does it need some time to process its new developments?"
I wondered as I kept floating through the empty space with First Dawn in my hand.
"Hm…it's odd. I'm able to move freely despite not having a surface to stand on. And if I merely think about it, I can float around and pretend as if I'm flying. There's no gravity so there's no sense of up or down. I don't even sense any Mana so I don't know how it's possible for me to manifest my items anytime I want. Come to think of it, I haven't even been breathing ever since I came in here and yet I'm still fine." I kept thinking while playing around launching slashes with First Dawn.
While I was lost in thought, a message finally popped up.

[The Item Space is the Blacksmith's Sanctuary. A world in his image. It is owned by him and no one else. It follows no other laws except his own. Hence it is currently without form, and will continue as such until its Master gives onto it shape.]
"So the reason it's nothing but an empty endless space the way it is, is because I have to give it form? Hmm… Interesting."
I activated all my Skills A-Rank and above. Then I activated Craft, Improve, Trigon Element King and all three of its Sub-Skills. It was strange. For some reason, in the Item Space, I felt like I could do anything. A power I had never felt before was surging within me.
"Okay then… Time to Genesis this son of a bitch."
So I did.
The world was formless. Lacking shape. A void, one that stretched deeper than anything imaginable. There was no gravity. No sense of direction. No sign of life, other than myself, as I hovered over the face of this endless darkness.
And so I spoke. My voice echoing throughout the entire space.
"Let there be light!" And there was light. I saw that the light was good.
And I separated the light from the darkness. And the light would be day, and the darkness, night.
The dull darkness from before was no more. Instead what permeated the space was a luminescent dark glow. It was Mana. Pure beyond measure. The light I created wasn't exactly singular in a sense, it was in the form of countless sparks of light. They were stars. I was pleased.
And so I spoke.
"Let there be endless water!" And there was water. I saw that the water was good.
And so I spoke once again.
"Let there be an expanse in the midst of the water! And let it separate water from water!" And so it was. The expanse separated the water from water. And there was water above the expanse and there was water under the expanse. And the expanse would be the sky.
I then used Tetrax and Ifrit to turn the water above the expanse into clouds that surrounded the water from under the expanse.
And then I spoke again.
"Let the water from under the sky be gathered onto one place evenly! And let earth emerge from within the water!" And it was so. The water gathered into a single large ball and earth emerged from within it. I saw that the earth was good. And so was the water.
I had made an earth. An entire planet, twice the size of the Earth I know and with continents shaped very differently. And so I named my earth Kairon.
And so I spoke again.
"Let Kairon bring forth grasslands, the herb yielding seed of their kind, the fruit trees yielding fruit of their kind and the fruit yielding seed of their kind upon my earth as well." And so it was. The grass formed from the earth, garmenting over most of its entirety. The herb yielding seed of their kind, the fruit tress yielding fruit of the kind and the fruit yielding seed of their kind. I saw that it was good.
And so I spoke once more.
"Let there be lights gathered into one. Let there be many fragments of earth gathered into one. Let the fragments of light and the fragments of earth hover upon the firmament of the sky. And let them divide the day from the night. Let them be for signs, and for the passing of seasons, and that of days, and that of years. Let them serve as lights that illuminate my earth." And it was so. The light fragments gathered into one. And the earth fragments gathered into one. And the result became two great lights. The greater light made from the light fragments to rule the day. And the lesser light made from the earth fragments to reflect the greater light's glow and rule the night.
I had gathered a large sum of the small stars I had made and merged them into a single large ball of fire. Not in the classical sense. Using Ifrit and Tetrax along with other Skills that helped with the circulation and supply of a large quantity of Mana, I created a nuclear fusion reaction and formed it into a core. The core radiated an intense heat and light energy that just kept growing. Is was a sun. A much larger star. It was twice the size of Earth's Sun. The earth fragments, I had also gathered into one and merged them, creating a large round rock. It was a moon. Also twice as big as the Earth's Moon. The stars that remained in the firmament of my sky, uncountable in sum, would stay there, giving endless light onto my Kairon. Ruling over both day and night, dividing the light from the darkness. And I saw that it was all good.
"Yeah… This is all good."
And so I descended unto Kairon.
I deactivated all my Skills and landed on a small secluded island. I decided to have my main base there.
"I'm curious to see what other places look like. I've got a total of nine continents and a number of small islands all around Kairon. But I'm sure I'll get the chance to do that some other time. Besides, aside from all the plant life, I'm the only living being here. That tells me that, while I can created life in the Item Space, I can't create something that has its own ego and is self-aware. Must be because the Skill is still A-Rank so I'm sure I should be able to create intelligent life if I advance it to a higher Rank."
After I said that, a message popped up again.

"I gained a second Title. Once I get a third, they'll all be revealed as to what their Traits are. Even though I can vaguely guess them to a certain extent based on the Titles' names, it'll be refreshing to actually know them. But really the highlight of this development is that one of my Skills experienced a Skill Improvement for the very first time. Skill Advancement and Skill Improvement are two very different concepts. When Skills advance, they enter a higher Rank. But when Skills improve, they remain within their current Rank but become significantly stronger, and as such undergo a name change to convey that. Skill Improvement is why a Warrior will find it hard to resist a certain Skill, even if the Skill they're using to resist said-certain Skill is of the same Rank. So with that in mind, if my opponent has an A-Rank level fire resistance Skill, they still won't be able to escape my flames unscathed. That's as long as I specifically use Tri…I mean Quadron Element King instead of just Ifrit to conjure the flames though. Still, unlike Skill Advancement, Skill Improvement not only improves the Skill in question but also all its Sub-Skills, which means that right now, a B-Rank fire resistance Skill also won't be able to resist Ifrit's flames."
"And it's all thanks the newly obtained Gaia Sub-Skill. Looks like creating a planet and moon of my own was all it took to finally obtain an earth elemental Skill. It's because of Gaia that Trigon Element King improved, since only Parent-Skills improve and they only do so when the number of Sub-Skills they have reaches four going up. Meaning that right now, Weapon Fanatic is also very close to improving. I just need to get another weapon related Skill. Quadron Element King's effects on my Stats are already insane despite it advancing to A-Rank only recently. That must be because of the improvement. Since Weapon Fanatic is still B-Rank, it might also start off with crazy high effects if I succeed in improving it."
I started walking around the island I had landed on. It looked nice. There were all kinds of fruit trees. For every fruit I knew, there was a tree or two. I saw a green apple tree and immediately jumped on it to yank an apple.
I took a bite out of it.
"Hm… This is good." It was delicious. Far from any normal apple. It was rich in Mana.
"It's even getting rid of some of my fatigue. Nice."
I kept walking around until I reached the edge of the island. There was a large and spacious beach. An endless view of nothing but water laid before me beyond it.
"I might need to come up with some names for my oceans…"
"But before that, time to do something I've wanted to do for a while now."
I still had First Dawn in my hand, so I thought about all the other things I had put in my Item Space and they all materialized right in front of me. I looked through all of them as they floated in mid-air.
"Dang, that's a lot. I'm gonna have to build a very big smithy for all of this. Can't have them simply floating around this island."
I took three tall planks of wood, each about ten metres tall, then cut them up accordingly using First Dawn. I then took the Goblin Lord's corpse then dematerialized everything else. I looked around the forest of my island to find vines and used them to tie up the planks of wood together to make a flat boat. I then placed the Goblin Lord's corpse on the boat and pushed it towards the ocean as it started to float away across the water. I let it go a fair distance away and then activated the Ifrit Skill. I conjure out a fire bow and arrow, aimed and released.
I gave the Goblin Lord's a Viking's burial.
The flames enveloped his body and the boat as it kept floating across the water.
"Can't think of anything that screams 'warrior' more than this for a funeral."

An intense wind blew as a small tornado formed in mid-air. A pure and calming Mana filled the surroundings. And as the tornado started to disperse, a large entity emerged from it.
"Gafa (Greetings) G'nori (Warrior)."
Before me right now was the Goblin Lord. However, there were a few differences from the one I fought. For starters, he was bigger. Much bigger. Secondly, not only was his body semi-transparent, it was glowing. And thirdly he was floating.
