The indescribable pain currently pervading my entire body, paled in comparison to the insurmountable fury that was consuming me. Not only had some unknown arrogant bastard shot me without hesitation, but due to the aforementioned bastard's actions, Shaihffer had effortlessly bypassed me, and was now positioned between our team, and the double doors that led to the detached house's corridor.
"I cannot allow these assholes to continue on so effortlessly!" Hoaruhs exclaimed, as he abruptly stood up, and faced down the enemies that had deftly swarmed the small intersection in order to protect Shaihffer's back.
"You should know, that we have no intention of ending your lives, needlessly... That said, if you continue to stubbornly engage us in vain, we will have no choice but to respond accordingly." The arrogant bastard who shot me earlier warned cautiously.
