It's been 2 days since Neal left his mother she's texted him none stop about how she misses him and how she might have taken it to far but he needed to learn since it was his fault for Bonibell's disappearing Neal felt horrible leaving his mom alone he knew his mother's mentality was far beyond repair his dad was now going back to court for full custody of Neal while looking for Bonibell. Neal felt bad for his father he has so much stress and he can't do anything but sit at home doing online school he can't go back to public school because his mother would be notified and she could easily take him at least at his father's house he could lock the doors and hide if things get bad no one forcing him to go back to his mother if she came for him he misses the time where they were a family he knows there were some problems back then but at least he had his little sister and his dad to help keep his mother happy he missed her smile and how she would laugh with his sister how his father would be affectionate to his mother everything is broken and now he doesn't know where he's at its like he entered a nightmare he can't escape. His father was out getting groceries and hanging up more signs of his little sister Neal was doing homework thinking of his baby sister he was so excited when she first came into the world he always found a way to play with her while their mother wasn't looking he would always brag to his friends about how adorable his sister is and would make her gifts even if their mom threw it away if she found it at least he tried sometimes when their parents were sleeping he would sometimes hear his sister crying and slowly sneak into her room trying to hold her and rock her as gently as he could but in the end his parents came his mother yelled at him hitting him while his father tried calming her down trying to protect him. Neal soon snapped out his thoughts getting frustrated and closed his laptop rubbing his face before getting up and heading to the kitchen getting a drink out the fridge as he reached for a soda he heard the doorknob rattling he knew his father had the key to come inside so who was trying to get in he quickly closed the fridge and crouched down by the couch after a few minutes the noise stopped he slowly peaked from the couch a froze there was a woman peaking into the window before leaving the window heading for the backdoor he got up so fast and ran to the back of the house to lock the door and even put a chair under the door knob then running back to the living room to grab his phone calling his dad after three rings he heard scratching at the back door Neal got up and ran to his dads room locking the door and goes under the bed eventually the scratching from the back door stopped Neal waited a few minutes before getting up to unlock the door he heard the sound of water dripping and breathing from the other side of the door he felt a chill down his spine his father still hasn't answered the phone he started texting his dad saying something was inside yet his message wouldn't send he has internet but his message won't go threw or his calls he was on the verge of tears and shaking he wanted his dad here to protect him from whoever or whatever was in the house that's when he heard his little sisters voice calling his name from the other side of the door he was shocked he wanted to keep the door locked he felt something was wrong but despite his feelings he opened the door anyway only to be met with her looking down at the floor her dress ripped and dirty and wet her hair matted and wet dirt in her fingernails and her feet covered in mud his precious baby sister was in front of him he couldn't help but drop to his knees to hug her and cry telling her how worried he was not noticing how tall she was growing or her nails digging into his skin after a minute he winced in pain looking up only for his body to freeze in terror he was now looking up at this tall slender figure that was giving him a sinister ear to ear smile before he could react her jaw unhinged before she could bite down on his head he flew onto his back and kicked her in the stomach stunning her as he ran back inside the room locking the door praying loudly to God asking for him to keep him safe to get this creature that was disguised as his little sister out his father's home. The creature outside the door was growling and banging against the door screaming in his little sisters voice to save her to open the door but after some time it stopped he didn't open the door he sat near the closet sobbing he was in the room for two hours until his father came home Neal told him everything that happened he thought he was going crazy like his mom but his dad got on his knees looking at him telling Neal that he believed what happened was real and has been doing research about the book that Bonibell got before she dissaperd apparently 97 people who got the book went missing but those were the only case files he could get he thinks there are many more. Neal felt sick and this unbelievable pain in his chest his his little sister went missing because of a book what ever was attached to the book had probably eaten Boni or worse he didn't have anymore tears he felt broken his family was broken beyond repair surrounded by death and suffering just like the creature wanted he got to live but for what his mother is mentally ill, his sister is gone, his father is suffering but desperately trying to find out what's happening, a book leading to more victims of cruel fates this was his life his experience into what horrors lay before his family that he has to face.
