There had been some undeniable uneasiness between Jackson Racing and Bueseno Velocità since Austria, where that heated pitlane altercation involving Di Renzo and Matteo had vaporized sportsmanlike principles for the rest of the season. Di Renzo's pride was scarred, and Matteo went on to laugh and flash his teeth in the post-race interviews that followed.
