An Ruo wanted to get out of bed and go check, but just then, the door opened. She looked up to see a man in a white shirt and a silver-black vest slowly entering the room.
An Ruo stared at his face in surprise, as she had never seen anyone wearing half a mask on their face.
"May I ask who you are?" she recollected herself and asked politely.
The man sat down beside her, curved his attractive thin lips, and smiled slightly, "You've awakened."
His voice was pleasant, and the half of his face not covered by the mask was as perfect as an angel's.
She had never seen someone so handsome before.
"Was it you who saved me?" An Ruo asked again.
"Yes, you could say that," the man nodded, his eyes dark and bright, but he seemed very friendly towards her, which greatly reassured her.
