The County Committee and County Government of the autonomous county start celebrating early, visiting retired senior comrades with long lists of names, engaging in daily visits, eating, drinking, and giving gifts—it's quite interesting.
Of course, the townships below, along with the various departments, bureaus, and units of the county, must also deliver gifts and pay New Year greetings to the County Committee and County Government, making it a very busy affair, with lots of eating and drinking. There are also collective New Year gatherings and such, keeping the atmosphere vibrant.
