The City Committee Standing Committee, the highest-level meeting in the entire city, decides on major local development issues and important personnel tasks. Of course, it also involves learning some spirit documents from the higher-ups, as those in the know understand.
Before the lunar New Year, the last City Committee Standing Committee meeting in Dongnan City still had a lot of attendees.
Of course, those with voting rights are still those City Committee members, such as the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Executive Deputy Mayor, Minister of Organization, Minister of Publicity, Minister of United Front Work, Secretary of the Municipal Committee, and so on.
And there were also many attendees present who could offer ideas and suggestions but did not have voting rights.
