"Let's hope so," Lin Zifeng chuckled, purposely changing the subject, "By the way, since we've finished everything that needed handling, are we heading back to Zhonghai tomorrow?"
"The foundation of the branch in Macau isn't very solid. It was supposed to go public this year, but it looks like it'll be delayed again. There's no point in staying longer, so tomorrow it is."
"Alright, have you booked the ticket yet? If not, how about I book it for you tonight?" Lin Zifeng smiled ingratiatingly, inwardly looking for an excuse to sneak away. Silence had just called, thankfully his phone was on vibrate at that crucial moment, or he would've been caught red-handed.
"Tickets are now booked online, no need for all that trouble. Are you planning to meet up with that friend of yours again?"
