The Ying Platform cultivators surged out, each rushing to their battle positions; in Zhuolang Palace, the array was functioning fairly normally. The characteristic of such arrays is that the smaller the area, the more solid it is. If it were just the Zhuolang Palace complex, its defense would be remarkable, but the problem was they had run out of spiritual energy.
During the prior sea demon's ambush, the hall storing Spirit Stones was the first to be destroyed, losing all resources. Now the array is maintained by the Spirit Stones each cultivator carries with them, but for how long can they hold on?
There were only a dozen or so buildings, yet over a thousand cultivators crammed into them. Despite the pressure, they could still resist normally, even fighting to the death without retreating. But if they let down their guard and scattered in flight, they would become just another group.
