Su Yinhe was engrossed in the drama, completely unaware of the weird things Chi Yan was thinking to himself.
Chi Yan fed her one; he ate one. It's a good thing Lin Murong wasn't there, or he would have screamed 'dog abuse' again.
His timing was perfect; Su Yinhe finished the drama just as they ate the last of the fruit.
Everything was just right.

"How does it taste?" Chi Yan asked her.
Su Yinhe still had the last piece of watermelon in her mouth.
She chewed, the watermelon was sweet, juicy, and delicious. "Tasty."
"Do you like it?" he asked again.
"Yes, of course I like it. How could I not?"
"Then I'll make you another one next time. Or, I can make a few more now, and store them in the fridge for when you want to eat..."
