A few days later, Jimmy really wanted to know his future mother-in-law and father-in-law's opinions.
But he was thinking too much. Although Nia had gone home a few times, it was obvious they hadn't discussed this topic much. Everything was still unknown.
After a while, Jimmy's phone rang. He glanced at it and motioned to Nia that he was going to the back office area to take the call, where it was quieter.
Jimmy: "Winston."
Winston: "Jimmy, my friend, do you have some time to chat?"
Jimmy smiled wryly: "Of course, when?"
Winston: "Whenever you're free, it's up to you."
Jimmy looked at his watch, "If it's urgent, I can do today, if not, tomorrow. I'm with family now."
Winston: "Oh, family, congratulations. Then let's do tomorrow, I won't disturb you. Goodbye, Jimmy."
Jimmy: "Goodbye."
Jimmy hung up and looked at the empty office. His bar manager Isaac wasn't in the office. Frowning, Jimmy left and returned to the bar.
