All the police drew their guns and aimed at the ambulance. An African-American man, also covered in tattoos, raised his hands from the driver's seat and was immediately dragged out by the police and pinned to the ground.
Several police officers went to the back of the ambulance to open the door and check; there was no one inside except this driver.
"It's safe, he has no weapons. No one else is in the ambulance, just him, not the four people you reported."
