Ruiz didn't greet Jimmy and the others directly but led Seventeen into a small room inside. After throwing Seventeen in, he came to Jimmy.
Jimmy poured him a glass of water and asked in a low voice, "Why did you bring him here?"
Ruiz also replied quietly, "We need to put enough pressure on Louis. Don't worry, I'm experienced in this sort of thing. Let's begin."
Jimmy nodded, holding the glass as he stepped out from behind the bar and sat down in front of Louis, Ruiz sitting next to Jimmy.
Jimmy: "You know Louis, right?"
Louis: "Agent Ruiz."
Jimmy: "Now that the gang's all here, you can go ahead with your deal."
When Louis saw Ruiz bringing Seventeen over, he knew trouble was brewing. Both of them had been at the scene back then, and now they've both been caught. Judging by the situation, Seventeen was caught even earlier than he was.
