Jimmy got into the Suburban, adjusted the car radio frequency, notified the NYPD's dispatch center, and then turned on the lights and sirens as he sped toward the last known location of the suspect vehicle.
Originally, such investigations should start with meeting the missing child's parents, to understand potential suspects and the reasons for the kidnapping. But since the car was previously spotted by the police, even though it's now missing, the general area is already determined, making on-site investigation more urgent.
However, there are photos in the file, so as long as there are no surprises, the child's appearance can be identified.
Soon after setting off, Jimmy's phone rang. He glanced at it and picked up, "Kevin, what's going on?"
Kevin: "There's an opportunity, see if you can get involved. The son of Mayor's advisor Alex Green has been kidnapped. Keep an eye out. If you have a solid lead, take action."
Jimmy: "I've already been assigned to follow up on this case."
