At the same time, Jimmy saw the opponent press his chest and say something, then peek out from behind the tree again to keep an eye on Jimmy's position.

Jimmy was also frustrated; in this forest environment, at such a distance, the opponent didn't have enough of a gun line to hit him, and he similarly couldn't directly hit the opponent. To aim and shoot between the gaps in the trees would require a lot of luck and the opponent's cooperation.

Jimmy assessed the tree trunk ahead, bent slightly, and quickly ran toward a large tree on the side. The opponent fired several shots, but the bullets were blocked by the trees in between. Although the opponent could see Jimmy moving from his original position to another, it was only visible in very small gaps, making a direct hit impossible.
