Jimmy frowned and asked, "Why? I've been investigating for over a month..."
Dave: "But there's been no closure, and people connected to the case are still dying one after another. Give it up. Although it might affect you a bit, it's better than getting dragged down by this case. The key point is, you're on your own, and there are so many intertwined cases now that you can't possibly follow up on all of them."
Jimmy: "Then bring in a few from the Los Angeles office for me. I believe I can handle it."
Dave: "Alright, I know you're unwilling, but this is what the headquarters wants. There are plenty of personnel in Los Angeles, and it's good for everyone if they take charge. Don't forget that Harriton and the others were originally serving certain individuals here."
Jimmy: "But why are they in such a hurry for me to transfer the case? There's no preparation at all."
