In the traditional cities of the Nine Countries, once night falls, only a few spots remain lit. Only the wealthy can afford candles, while ordinary mortals rise with the rooster and rest at sunset.

Qingming, however, is different. In the city, lights are everywhere, with many high-rise buildings of more than ten stories brightly lit in every household, and from time to time, people returning late from work can be seen leaping along the building facade and entering their own homes.
