The grindstone shouldn't be too light; otherwise, the work lacks challenge, and the donkeys lose their sense of mission and become weary of battle.
The grinding stones should also be of different grades—good donkeys matched with good grindstones. While a good grindstone might not have substantial content for a donkey, it does carry emotional value.
