On the edge of Immortal City, in a tranquil mansion, over twenty children were playing wildly, jumping up and down.
After a discussion, a few children gathered at the courtyard wall, assigned roles, some acted as cushions, some lifted others, swiftly sending a little girl atop the fifteen-foot wall.
Observing such a leap of over ten feet, no one would associate this feat with children merely two or three years old. Once the little girl was on the wall, the children below eagerly waited for her to reach down to assist the next child in jumping up.
But the girl on the wall was only curious, peered outside the wall, and was instantly captivated by the scenic beauty of Immortal City, completely ignoring her siblings' calls below.
The children below suddenly fell silent, without a sound. The little girl sensed something wrong and was just about to turn around when a delicate, fair hand reached over, grabbed her by the neck, and lifted her from the wall.
