In this direction, there were palaces that were not often visited in the old days.
This area of the palace was relatively quiet, inhabited mainly by those who rarely showed themselves in public, much like the cold palaces of Reiger's previous life in ancient times. Apart from patrolling knights and maidservants tasked with menial chores, few would come here seeking anyone who resided in this place.
Many princesses had lived here before their marriage, and even among the current royal descendants, the reputedly frail and sickly eldest prince had once spent a significant amount of time here, hence it couldn't be said that this was a cold palace only for the unfavored, but it was indeed seldom visited, giving it a somewhat desolate air.
Within this quiet area, amongst a cluster of palace buildings, was an unassuming palace situated in a rather remote location, almost as if it were meant to escape notice.
