This is the highest level in the world of sorcery.
Whether it's curse mages or curse masters, including curse spirits, curse tools, and cursed objects, the highest level is Special Grade.
This shouldn't be such a common level.
Among curse mages, even counting Reiger, there are only five Special Grade curse mages, one of whom has already died publicly, yet has not been removed from the register, precisely because the number of Special Grade curse mages is scarce, each one extremely powerful and precious, they will not be easily removed from the register even for the sake of public deterrence.
