Wisps of dark mist surged from the fluctuating space, followed by what seemed like a colossal entity extending its tentacles from another world, causing rows of black, murky, viscous tentacles to rapidly emerge from the surging darkness.
The number of tentacles was not many, about a dozen.
But as these tentacles emerged from the engulfing darkness, they immediately pierced through the Holy Light, surrounding Marfa's Sword, and, like chains, began wrapping around the sword.
