Chapter 428: Sea Dragon King's Roaring Labyrinth

The man behind the table collected the coins and called out loudly,
"Labyrinth, seventh floor, two people!"
"Li Meng, let's go!"
Caroline quickly pulled Li Meng into the teleportation circle.
The two of them turned into blue beams and vanished.
Li Meng felt like he was entering a world of blue auroras.
When he could see his surroundings clearly again,
He realized they were inside a rocky cave.
Beneath their feet was a small teleportation circle,
Like a stone disc about three meters in diameter embedded into the ground.
It was a one-way node teleportation circle.
Caroline stood beside him,
Looking around, seemingly trying to orient herself.
After a while, she pulled out a map.
"Found it, Li Meng, we're at the fourth node teleportation point on the seventh floor. Go to the right!"
The node teleportation circle was at a four-way intersection in the rocky cave.
There were tunnels in all four directions.
The two left the node teleportation circle and entered the right-hand tunnel.
The seventh floor was vast, with crisscrossing caves.
Every hundred meters or so, there were branching paths.
Guided by the map, they twisted and turned through the maze.
"Li Meng, we're about to leave the safe zone!"
Some areas in the labyrinth didn't spawn monsters.
These were called safe zones.
Caroline grew alert,
Gripping her staff tightly.
"Caroline, what monsters are on the seventh floor?"
Li Meng asked while walking.
"Anubis Iron Guards, humanoid labyrinth monsters..."
Before Caroline could finish,
A strange noise came from ahead.
The left rock wall suddenly crumbled, revealing a vertical stone coffin.
A burly figure emerged from the coffin.
It stood about 2.3 meters tall, clad in iron armor, wielding a long-handled broadsword.
Its head was that of a dog.
"Li Meng, that's an Anubis Iron Guard!"
Caroline nervously warned.
Li Meng glanced at its stats.

The scenery of the rock walls flew past on both sides.
