Chapter 161 - I’m the black dragon

Ian realized the terrible thing he had done after attacking her.

It was instinctive, leaving him no time to consider the consequences, and

before his thoughts could race further, he felt a tap on his shoulder.

Ian flinched and turned back to meet Elora's calm gaze. She

was unharmed; her clothes weren't even burnt.

"How…" he trailed off in surprise, but inwardly, he was relieved

to see her alive, though that emotion was fleeting.

"I wouldn't die that easily from such weak flames… now, how

am I going to punish you for your action… hmm?" Elora drawled, a sharp glint

flashing in her gaze as she looked at him.

Ian's heart quickened, but he lowered his head in guilt and acceptance

of whatever punishment she would give.

Elora saw him like this, and the coldness in her eyes softened

slightly as she asked with a disappointed smile tugging her lips.
