Liliana stepped forward, eyes scanning the horizon. "They weren't the only threat, Leon. The Weavers... were only the beginning. There are worse things in the Rift, things we can't even begin to imagine."
Aqua, standing beside Leon, nodded solemnly. "And yet, for the first time, we have control. This city, this Nexus... it's a weapon, but it's also a sanctuary. A place where we can reshape what was lost."
"The question is," Roselia added, her voice thoughtful, "what do we do with it? If we rebuild Aethralun as it was, we risk falling into the same patterns. We know how the Deep Singers ended, and we know the Ravelers have designs of their own. What's our move?"
Leon looked out over the now-quiet city, his expression hardening.
