Chapter 351 - Chapter 351: Preparing for the Incoming Marine Buster Call

"We need to get moving too."

"Kuina, just like Ryuen said, start spreading Flame Clouds around the nearby sea. Daisy, Robin, find Angela and have her mobilize the entire population. Just in case, evacuate everyone living along the coast."

"While the evacuation is happening, we also need to expose the crimes of the World Government. Everything happening now is their fault."

"Get Morgans' reporters to film all of it, and turn it into news to send to Morgans." Nojiko immediately gave orders based on Ryuen's plan.

"Got it."

"Alright then... I'll start now."

Daisy and Robin responded right away, and Kuina left the hotel to begin spreading Flame Clouds.

.....

In a hidden house not far from the hotel, the World Government's CP agents immediately noticed the Dream Team's movements.

A CP0 member wearing a monkey mask gave orders to a man in a suit nearby:

"Report to the World Government and the Marines immediately. The Dream Exploration Team's leader, Ryuen, has left the Kingdom of Magiatsuka. We don't know where he's headed, but it's clear they already found out about the Marine plan to launch a Buster Call against the kingdom."

"Also, the rest of the Dream Team has started to move. We suspect they're preparing countermeasures for the Buster Call."

"Yes, sir!" the suited man replied quickly.

He immediately pulled out a Den Den Mushi, but just then—*BOOM!*—a loud noise exploded in the room.

The CP0 agent in the monkey mask and the suited man both turned pale in shock at the sudden sound, a wave of dread rushing through their bodies.

At almost the same time, the two of them turned to look at the doorway.

There stood a massive, powerfully built man carrying a giant axe on his back.

His body looked like it was made of steel, and he gave off a terrifying aura, like he could explode with monstrous strength at any moment.

At that moment, the CP0 agent and the suited man—

Faced with such a sudden and overwhelming figure, were filled with fear beyond words...

"G-Giant Axe Hogg!" the suited man shouted in panic. His eyes were wide open, full of fear and disbelief. His voice trembled with panic.

"So you know who I am. Good. Since you know who I am, you should also know your lives end here!"

Hogg raised his right hand high. A wave of black energy began to form in his palm, pulsing with a deadly aura like it could devour all life.

"Iron Fist!"

.....

That roar shook the air.

A huge black mass of energy instantly turned into a giant iron fist, cutting through the wind as it came crashing down on the two CP agents!

"Boom!!"

The deafening explosion tore through the air like thunder!

The house they were in—once solid and well-built—crumbled in an instant like it was made of paper. It was completely destroyed, reduced to rubble under the overwhelming force.

And in this bustling port city, that wasn't the only building brought down like that.

Sounds of intense fighting could be heard from multiple places. It was like death itself was making a call, and an unexplained fear swept through the hearts of the townspeople.

People ran in panic, their screams and shouts blending into chaos.

The kingdom's soldiers quickly responded. Clad in neat armor and holding sharp weapons, they looked like warriors made of steel as they rushed to where the battles were breaking out.

Their eyes were full of focus. Their steps were firm. Every move they made gave off strength and authority.

At the front of the group, the captain swept his sharp eyes across the chaotic streets and shouted, "By order of the king, move out now! Keep order! Make sure the people are safe! Get them out of here in an orderly way!"

The soldiers answered in unison, "Yes, Captain! We'll give it our all!"

And so, the kingdom's army began moving quickly and efficiently. While calming down the frightened people, they also started leading them away from the danger.

On the top floor of a hotel—

Sugar and Reina stood high above the city, watching everything unfold like it was a show.

Several Den Den Mushi sat beside them.

"Roar!!"

Suddenly, a sharp dragon's cry echoed across the sky.

Reina and Sugar looked up at the sky together—and saw a huge pink dragon stretching across the heavens!

The appearance of the pink dragon shocked everyone in the port.

But once the kingdom's army explained that it was a member of the Dream Survey Team taking action, people started to calm down.

Marine base.

Smoker, two Marine Captains, and Tashigi were gathered in an office.

"Rear Admiral Smoker, what does Admiral Kuzan mean by this order? Why won't he let us get involved in the mess over in the Magiatsuka Kingdom?" one of the captains asked, clearly confused.

Smoker replied angrily,

"How should I know? We're just following orders."

"Damn that Kuzan!"

The two captains glanced at each other awkwardly. They weren't bold enough to talk about a Marine Admiral like that.

Just then—

A loud noise from the town made all four of them stop in surprise.

The four of them rushed out of the meeting room and ran to the training field.

A large group of Marines had already gathered there, all staring up at the sky in fear.

Smoker and the others looked up too.

"Ka... Kaido?"

"No... no, that's not it! That's Kuina from the Dream Survey Team! She's the one who ate the artificial Fish-Fish Fruit!" one of the captains shouted in shock.

As the pink dragon floated in the sky, every Marine at the base felt an intense pressure weighing down on them.

Tashigi looked at the dragon and let out a deep breath.

"Geez..."

"Kuina's Devil Fruit is insanely strong. Her power must be on a whole other level now..."

But at the same time, she felt a pang of frustration in her heart.

She and Kuina looked almost exactly alike—like twin sisters.

But their strength… couldn't be more different.

Kuina, with her great sword skills and the artificial Dragon-Dragon Fruit, easily controlled the pink dragon in the sky, showing off her overwhelming strength.

As for her...

Even though she had trained really hard, she still couldn't reach Kuina's level. The gap between them made her feel frustrated and upset.

She gripped her sword tightly and silently made a promise to herself: "I have to get stronger. I won't keep falling behind her!"

She took a deep breath, her eyes filled with determination, then turned and headed toward the training grounds.
