"Pleasant flashbacks, right?" Jun said with a mocking smirk, switched off the engine, and stepped out of the vehicle.
"Asshole," Nick muttered and came down too.
Nick followed behind Jun as he limped in. Seeing him with Jun, the security guards easily allowed him in.
"Hey, Beth," Jun casually greeted the beautiful, fair-skinned receptionist.
"Good morning, Jun," she said placidly, but her eyes lit up when she saw Nick.
"Good day, sir, how can I help you?" she asked with a bright smile.
'This witch doesn't recognize me,' Nick thought, wearing his casual fake smile.
"Don't you recognize me?"
The lady looked at him, a bit baffled.
"It's me… Nicholas Lewis."
Her eyes widened, and she bent her head slightly.
