Chapter 137 - CHAPTER : 137 : Souls

Amagi was a gasp and shocked as in the reflection in her eyes can be seen, Code-X held Enforcer VI: Combination head through her hair. She saw how the lights in her eyes diminished as the only and last person she saw was the one who took her life away. Her head was then tossed right next to her decapitated head and then got blown into smithereens.

She thought that was the last of it, she stepped back to give herself a distance from her. Then a flurry of fire coming from the Executors boomed as they continued the attack, and just that, everyone perished. Chunks of body parts and Riggings along with wrecked Siren Planes all fell from the sky as pieces.

Siren blood rained over her as everything was tainted by Siren Blood, the surface and the decks of the Siren Ships. Her eyes widened as the attention was shifted to her as the only survivor.

"Stay away... stay away!!!" Amagi screamed as Code-X turned her attention to her and slowly closed in with stretched-out hands.

Code-X pointed her finger at her. "You... you're not a Siren. Why are siding with them?"

Code-X asked the terrified Amagi as her body quivered her nine-tail fox straitened its fur from being too scared. She didn't see it, but her body felt the hands of death caressing over her.

"No.... stay away... stay away!!!!!!!!!..."

"Answer my question?" She asked the quivering Amagi as it failed to answer her question.

Amagi cornered and out of place to run, opted for the stupidest move in the history of history books. She fought back, even though her strength was depleted.

"I don't give a damn about that!" She said shakily. "Now die!"

Amagi is about to throw a fireball at her, but Code-X catches her hand as it is halfway through with her fireball. A sound of cracking bones sounded at her wrist. Amagi cried as she felt the bones in her wrist being crushed.

"Not gonna ask twice –. "

Code-X stops as she and Amagi have a moment as something sparked between them. Amagi too stopped for a moment, both were just unmoving. Inside them, a connection between their soul sparked and flashed them in one dimension.

Enterprise-80 opened her eyes as the flash disoriented her for a bit, the moment her vision went clear. Her surroundings were all white like an empty canvas, the only thing she could see was what she was standing at. She's standing on a road structure made of slab rock formed like a pathway.

"Another weird place.... why am I going from one place to another like it was common?" She asked herself about the absurdities at first she found herself in darkness, followed by an apocalyptic world, now. Now she's in a place of serene and clean.

Confused, she opted to follow her instincts and walk along the pathway and guess where it would lead her to. On her way there, she noticed some changes, cherry blossom petals scattered on the stone slap. And far away from there, another petal littered the pathway.

"Cherry Blossoms? Weird. Is this some kind of stairway to heaven to the Japanese?" She asked herself about the absurdities of the Cherry Blossom petals.

Soon then she encounters Cherry Blossom Trees standing beside the pathway parallel to one another. The Cherry Blossom Tree flattered at the wind as the petals flew obscuring her vision for a bit. She opened her eyes after the gust of wind, and in front of her was a Tori.

Two post structures and one horizontal beam (Tori) greeted her as it just emerged in front of her. She was sure that the structure wasn't there before now it emerged in front of her.

"Odd, a Tori? Is this some kind of gateway to the spirit realm?" She stammered at the appearance of the Posts.

The braided rope of the Structure sways at the wind as the bell rang. The ringing of the bell summoned another Tori and soon enough multiple Tori emerged in rows. It looks like at the entrance of Fushimi Inari Taishina Shrine if one person would look at it.

"I hope I didn't get spirited away with this one," she remarked to herself as she went inside.

She walked and walked as the number of Toris was endless, she didn't bother of how long she'd been walking as tiredness was unfelt, only boredom. Luckily for her, the end seems to be visible as the rows of Toris near the end. At the end is just a forest and a simple small Japanese village house design.

"I really got spirited away." She said with a sigh, as she didn't expect to end up in the Japanese countryside.

She turned and looked around, the sight was the same as the Countryside of a Japanese village. Mountains, trees and rice fields. The whole setting was that of a village but with no humans in sight.

"Hello...? Anybody here?" she called if someone could hear her.

She strolled down the street, the road seemed to be paved with stones and the Houses were clean and in good condition, she deduced that there maybe someone cleaning all the dust and fallen leaves. Enterprise-80 is having thoughts that she is in the same weird world as the previous one.

"There are supposed to be villagers here. Where could they be?" She muttered to herself as she pondered the absurdities.

As she ponders she catches a single bell ring, she quickly turns and comes face to face with a person or a Fox-Woman with nine-tails in a red kimono and brown hair.

"I've been waiting for you." She said in a sweet and gentle tone of her voice.

"No... it can't be. Amagi? Are you the real Amagi?" Enterprise-80 asked as she came face to face with her.

"Yes, I do indeed."

"How? I thought you were coinciding with the Sirens?" She asked as her voice sharpened in a slight, her defense was up along with her fighting stance.

Amagi gently raises a hand, as she wants to convey a message of I meant no harm. Enterprise-80 noticing it lowers her guard down for a bit as the situation didn't call for violence.

"No," she said melancholically, she then placed her raised hand over her chest. "This is the true me. I was captured by the Sirens who corrupted my memories, I subsequently went through the horrors of experimentation and changed my personality for their own amusement. It was that day that I prayed for my soul to be saved." Sadness can be seen in her face even though she's putting up a sweet smile to convey the pain.

Enterprise-80 is sympathetic to what she went through. "So... you've been waiting here for how when?"

"A year."

"a YEAR?!" She double-checked.

Amagi nodded her head as the gentle breeze of the chili air blew her hair. "Yes."

Enterprise-80 glances around and asks for answers about their whereabouts. "So... where were we? I didn't recognize this place it looks like the countryside of Sakura Empire."

Amagi with a slight chuckle answered. "We're not in Sakura Empire, we're in what we called the Spirit Real, where the Souls rest."

That answer got her panicked. "Spirit Realm? Am I dead? Are we dead? Please don't tell me I'm dead!"

"No, we're not," Amagi answered in a calmer tone to ease the panicking Enterprise-80.

"We're still alive then?"

"Yes. Apparently, our bodies seem to be under the control of vengeful souls that reside within the darkness of our hearts. The willed-up darkness in our heart is the main reason why these vengeful souls are in control of our bodies."

"How are we going to return back, is there a way?"

"Yes, there is. I used to break the barrier of this realm once and a fragment of my memories leaked out, but unfortunately, my strength was too weak and the barrier kept me here at bay. I was alone back then. Now you're here. We can break that barrier and return to our bodies."

"How are we going to do it?"

Amagi with a calm smile offered her left hand to her. "Hold my hand, I'll take you there."

Enterprise-80 seemed confused at first but opted to follow her and take the offer hand. The two then traverse through the pathway made of stone slabs but sometimes just plain stone pavement. Occasionally they convers on their way there as the time seems lengthy.

"So..." Enterprise-80 began. "Are you aware of Akagi's doings in the world?"

"A few of them, unfortunately, the moment I broke the barrier I saw some fragment of images about Akagi's ploy. One of them is reviving me in exchange for the world."

"Are you angry about what she did, many people died that day?"

"I know," Amagi said as her undertone slightly shifted to grief. "Many of the people me and my sister swore to protect died that day. I am mad because she betrayed everyone, her friends, family and the Empire.

Enterprise-80 sympathizes with her. "Even though I am still the one responsible to all that, my planes, bombs and orders are the ones that caused such deaths."

"It was not your fault. Even when I'm still at myself, the Empire is shifting its priority and commitment to the Alliance. Instead, they focused their sights on Dragon Empery with its resource lands. The Higher-Ups and the Emperor's inner circle are plotting behind His Highness' back. What you did there put the Empire on its right track before it doomed itself."

Enterprise-80 felt bad for Amagi as she's too good and kind if she was there. Those deaths could be avoided. She felt like a jerk after saying those words to her (The one being under the control of the Siren).

"Here we are." Amagi remarks as she stops at the pillar made of stone. Enterprise-80 sees the same Tori she first saw before entering the Spirit Realm.

"This is it huh?"

"Yes." Amagi then points in the middle between the two pillars. In the middle, a translucent rainbow-ish color appeared like a barrier to the other side of the Spirit Realm.

"I broke it once with the use of all my strength, it took only a second before it repaired itself and pulled me back here," Amagi said as the memory of her using her all in breaking that barrier and in the end, she was pulled back. It was painful for her as she waited a year for this to happen, a chance of breaking from this imprisonment.

"If we managed to go back. What would you do first?" Enterprise-80 asked as Amagi was having a contemplation.

"I guess I have to visit Akagi in prison to ease her mind, she's quite a frustrating child if things don't go her ways," Amagi said as memories of her and Akagi played in her memories.

"I want to scold her about her mistakes and selfishness, and also... "Tears welled up in her eyes as her emotions leaked out, she let flow as she couldn't hide her true feelings anymore. "I want to hug my sister.... I missed her. The last thing we did before we departed that day was a squabble, I just want to say to her that I loved her."

Amagi cried as the emotions she harbored for a year came out, she endured sadness and loneliness for a year in a world that looked like paradise yet it felt like imprisonment.

"My apologies, I let my emotions get over me." She apologizes while wiping off her tears.

Enterprise-80 only nods as she doesn't want to see the vibrant of hers fade with all the sad memories. "No need. It must be sad to be imprisoned here for years.

Enterprise-80 waited for Amagi to calm herself down from the swelling emotions she kept for herself. "Alright then, how do we start?" She asked while cracking her knuckles.

"We just need to attack it simultaneously with full force, if the barrier breaks. We dash towards the gateway before it heals itself."

"That's it?"

"Yes, with pure energy power."

"Say – what!?" Enterprise-80 interrupted.

"With pure energy power, is something the matter?" Amagi ask, confused at her sudden interruption.

Enterprise-80 with shrugging arms. "Well... that's the problem. I only used kinetic-base attacks, few of my Skills are untested in combat because of the sophistication and some follow-up danger."

Amagi was also surprised at that. "You're kidding right?"

"Well... it's kinda embarrassing. One of them is an energy-based one, but..."

"But what?" Amagi inquired.

Enterprise-80 a bit hesitant to spoke about.

"Well... I tested one myself, but the power output is similar to a nuclear explosion. I don't know if that skill would work, or it might just have erased the gateway itself."

Amagi understood and gave a curt nod. "I understand, I once damaged one of the pillars, but the pillars healed themselves. The world and the gateway was one, as long as this world exist there's nothing would happen to the gateway."

"I'm trusting you on that one then." Enterprise-80 said as Amagi gave her reassurance. She raised her right hand in the air and her Bow was summoned with occasional thunderclouds and lightning.

Amagi was impressed as she gawked. "It seems the Spirit Real is acting on your power."

"You think so, I thought it was just some dramatic effect."

Amagi summons her Rigging as four twin-gun turrets appeared from her back. Enterprise-80 did the same as six flight-decks emerged from her back, the four flight-deck is for launching planes and the other two flight-deck is for the recovery.

"Ready?" Amagi asked.

"I am supposed to be the one asking that." Enterprise-80 said.

"Good then, shall we start?"

Both of them then pointed their weapons at the middle of the gateway to where the translucent barrier shimmers.

"In the count of 3. 3"

"2"

"1, FIRE!"

Both Amagi and Enterprise-80 released their Skill at the barrier that is keeping them in the world of Spirits. Amagi's attack impacted first as the barrier flickers like water and absorbs the impact.

Enterprise-80's attack came, and it came like an Artillery Shell to a window glass. It didn't shimmer nor flicker, it broke like a window glass as the ground was carved on its path.

(Pointing a Death Start beam cannon on a doorway, I guess.)

The barrier broke and a massive gash to the reality opened, a strong gust of wind pushed them away to prevent them from escaping the Spirit Realm. Both of them fought back the gust of wind and marched their way into the gateway before it healed itself.

Enterprise-80 got a grip on the ground as she has more stored energy than Amagi. Amagi seems to be not doing well as her ground is slowly losing, the gust of wind blew her.

"The gale... it's – it's too strong! No! my balance – "

Enterprise-80 held her in her hand with a tight grip so as to not let her go. "I got you, I won't leave you behind. Remember your promise." She said.

"I – I will." Amagi said.

"Let's go!!!"

Enterprise-80 ran towards the gateway whilst fighting the gust of wind. The moment the two stepped in they found themselves in a whorl pool of some sort as they spun like that on a blizzard. Soon a light engulfs them.

~In a Flash~

As the two return to the real world and their respective bodies, Code-X lets go of Amagi's hand. The two then have a massive headache on their heads.

"My Head ... it hurts, it hurts. I can't stop the pain!"

"You've to far enough with my body, I come here to reclaim what is mine. Be gone evil spirit." Amagi vanquished the darkness that controlled her body.

Her whole body screamed as the pain in her head was drying her strength to the point she collapsed unconscious. Amagi managed to fight back and gain control of her back, but she was too exhausted. She fell into the ocean her body a floats.

Code-X held her head as Enterprise-80's voice sounded inside her head. She fought to gain control over her body, but the resistance was too strong.

"Let me go!" Enterprise-80 shouted at the inner thoughts of Code-X who took over her body.

"No... we're not done yet. I must fulfill our contract. Eradicate them all, eradicate them all until there are no Sirens left!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Enough! I want my body back!" she said with resolute. She aimed her Bow up to where the darkness obscured the shimmering lights.

"Don't make me do this."

"No!!! I'm not done! I'm not done!!! I won't stop until no one left of these vermin's!" Code-X proclaimed with a grit of hatred.

"Sorry, but I have to do it myself without inflecting any suffering either from Sirens or Humans. You leave me no choice." She said before unleashing her arrows above.

"No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

The darkness was engulfed by the explosion and parted for the light to shun upon her. And with that, the darkness in her heart subsided, with a smile she embraced the light with warmth.

Code-X clichéd her hand over her face as her facial demeanor was about to go crazy, she exerted her dark aura as she unleashed all of her hate, Fury, and vengeance. As the dark aura subsided Enterprise-80 emerged as the darkness that cloaked over her vanished.

Enterprise-80 pants as her heart beats fast, she clenches her hand over her chest, sweat drips over her head as the moist breath comes out of her mouth. She is all conscious as she witnesses the whole thing in first-person view.

She glanced at her hand where she saw a Siren's heart being squashed as she saw the grim reaction on their faces.

"I have become a monster" She murmured to herself with heavy breath. Soon enough tears slowly drop from her eyes, she grieved at the acts she could have thought and called humane.

She gazes up at the sky as the dark clouds parted-away and show the extent of the devastation she inflected at the Sirens, dead body floats everywhere as the surface of the ocean is tainted with Siren Blood. The air is black as the burning wreck continues to burn.

"Amagi!" She suddenly remembers Amagi and their conversation at the Spirit Realm. She searched around and found Amagi lying unconscious, she smiled as she didn't look harmed.

As the parting dark clouds gave for a new hope, despair came along too quickly. Three Purple Portal appeared like a cliffhanger ruining a good ending.

"Crap! They came too soon."

Enterprise-80's mind goes frantic as 2 Enforcer-Class Sirens appear before her eyes. Enforcer IX: Concealment and Enforcer VI: Attraction. At her weakening, the ECM she placed for the Sirens to unable to call for immediate support and summon a portal, now it is all gone. The Sirens took the opportunity waiting to be grabbed.

Her eyes then darted towards the unconscious Amagi, Arbiter: Death XIII emerged below the surface like a Humpback Whale surfacing.

"Amagi!!!!!!!"

Arbiter: Death XIII gets hold of Amagi as she wants to drag her to the depths of the ocean, Enterprise-80 reaches for Amagi's hands, and in time she makes it. She didn't let go as she promised to her.

"I won't let you!" She said while stopping Arbiter: Death XIII from taking her away.

"This Death XII, I got hold of Amagi. there is some interference, requesting backup." Arbiter: Death XIII requested backup as she failed to retrieve Amagi back to the Siren's hands.

Enterprise-80 never let go of Amagi's hands as Arbiter: Death XIII is pulling on the other opposite. Amagi becomes the tug of war-between the two. If she let her grip loose, Amagi will be gone. This is the game Enterrprise-80 shouldn't lose. Tired and exhausted, she never let go. In her clouded dizzy mind, a child's laughter sounded.

"HAHAHA. It's quite an ecstasy seeing you with all that despair in your face Enterprise. How does is it feel to be weak and powerless? If I were I let her go and fend for myself."

That familiar voice caught her off guard, at the middle of the two purple portals. Observer α appeared in the flesh, albeit with a mechanical construct like that of Frieza on Dragon Ball Z.

She literality has the Frieza vibes from her high-pitch evil laugh and height.

-If you compare the height of the two, you can see some similarities-

"Observer!"

"In a flesh, albeit with some mechanical Upgrades as you can see." Observer α has a makeover with her appearance, the android playing and mechanical tentacles over her cut-off ones.

"Even with that mechanical Upgrade, you're still annoying and ambitious. No matter how many mechanical parts you shove on your body it won't matter as you will never ever be going to win." Enterprise-80 said as she stood her ground in her weak state.

"Hah, such a word for a dead." Observer α said in her typical villain monologue.

"Such a rant for a toddler." Enterprise-80 counters with a salt on a sushi.

Observer α of course being the recipient of the counter losses her shit and scream like a toddler losing an online argument and spouts nonsense threats as we can all be called tantrums.

"Both of you, eliminate her. NOW!!!"

Both Enforcer IX: Concealment and Enforcer VI: Attraction pointed their plasma cannons at her, Enterprise-80 only smiled at them as she knew the cavalry would arrive in time. Arrived in time it did.

Enforcer VI: Attraction got defaced by an explosion in the face, the explosion wasn't strong enough to blow her head off. But the explosion was enough to give a lifetime surgery in the face.

"Oh for fuck sake! What was it this time?!" Observer α shouted as her moment got disrupted.

In the far distance, a figure everyone knew with two protruding Bunny-ear emerged equipped with a Barrett Automatic Grande Launcher. I say it again, a Barrette Automatic Grenade Launcher.

[Author's note: I only recently discovered this "Barrett Automatic Grande Launcher" This is the new US Army Warhammer 40k weapon.]

Laffey-200 with the Barrett Automatic Grenade Launcher sniped one of the Enforcer-Class in the head like a typical .50 BMG Barrett does. She can set the fuse of the grenade to explode mid-air or above the head, but in her logic, a grenade to the face is efficient at its finest.

"her again." Observer α hissed as the feared bunny appeared.

"Orders?" Enforcer IX: Concealment asks what to do next.

Observer α grunts as her plan is destroyed in the moment she can grasp it with her own two hands. The appearance of the Demon-Bunny complicates everything.

"Enforcer IX you and VI take care of the hindrance, I'll handle my own business here."

But before Enforcer IX: Concealment could even move, she was struck by an attack so fast and precise that she didn't notice a gashing hole in her chest where her core resides. It was too quick as she only felt the aftershock of being shot in the chest.

"When did this?" Enforcer IX: Concealment asked herself as she didn't notice it at first.

Bunker Hill-76 on the most farther with her Rail-Gun sniped Enforcer IX: Concealment in the chest with a high-voltage magnetic force that accelerated the HVP (Hypervelocity Projectile) Round in a hypersonic speed.

Observer α loses her shit, she enters the scene with a grandeur entrance and comeback than any villains only to be at the wrong time. The Americans knew how to make an entrance than anyone else, and thought you have the courage and confidence only to see precision strikes on your important facilities, then came the Star Spangle Banner from a thousands of freedom-foot away.

Observer α came back from the dead only to find herself going to be dead again, not a good day for her.

Arbiter: Death XIII noticing the sudden change of events she would have to choose whether she wants to continue playing the tug of war with Enterprise-80 and hope she wins. Or she could abort the mission and call it "mission canceled".

With a bright mind, she chose the latter. She canceled the mission and returned back to the Siren Dimension as she swam under.

Enterprise-80 got hold of Amagi as Arbiter: Death XIII retreated. "I got you, Amagi. "She said to the almost got captured unconscious Amagi.

Enforcer VI: Attraction attracted the attention of the Devil-Bunny herself as her head became the pumpkin of firing range.

-Demomatt: How many Grenade would it take for this pumpkin to explode-

We didn't have to imagine that as Laffey-200 unleashed the full magazine on that Pumpkin-Head. Enforcer VI: Attraction surprisingly survives that her face now is that of burning chunks of flesh meat.

"My face!!!!!!!! You're going to pay for this!"

"Cash or Credit?"

"What? – "*BOOM*

Another Grenade on her face was released followed by another, and another, and another till there was no face left on this Siren. I guess neither of those as Americans only trade with Bullets and explosives.

"Get me out of here, NOW!" Observer α commanded as the situation ain't favoring on her side, left and right her two escorts got pounded.

Observer α didn't read the room, she bought friends with guns, but the Americans brought more guns than she had more friends. Like bitch, she ran away and called the others Bitches to lift her ass out in the situation she stepped in.

"Don't you celebrate yet Enterprise, I will return and make your life a living hell!" she left a note before leaving the chat.

Enterprise-80 with a face of annoyance instead of concern, she only sees Observer α's threat as just a child tantrum.

"What a bother." Enterprise-80 said as she lowered her guard down as the two came in time to rescue her.

"Enterprise!... Enterprise!...." Frigate Belfast called her name multiple times as her voice sounded frantic.

"Are you hurt?" She asked with tears dripping from both of her eyes.

"I'm fine," Enterprise-80 answered in a meeker tone as her strength was exhausted.

"Please don't do that you made everyone here worried about you." Frigate Belfast said as she hugged her tightly.

"You're the one crybaby." Laffey-200 said nonchalantly while Frigate Belfast got emotional.

"Sorry if I made you cry." Enterprise-80 said while stroking her head gently. She gazed up at the parting clouds as the sunlight grazed everything on the surface like the light of hope after the storm.

Laffey-200 glances down and notices Amagi unconscious lying on Enterprise-80's lap. "Who's that?"

Enterprise-80 looks at the unconscious Amagi and strokes down her hair. "A lost soul." She said with a smile as the promise she made paid off.

[Author's note: My original draft of this scene is that Enterprise failed to protect Amagi, Observer and Sirens had recaptured Amagi back. Then repeat the drama. I don't want any Amagi fans coming at my Comment section with pitchfork and torches, so I change it to this.]

...

Code-G's Dimension

Both Code-G and Ashen Helena watched the onslaught that is going on as Code-X gave them the show of Intimidation and Proportion. Getting deleted by a Death Scythe, getting an open heart surgery in full view in front of them like it was all "Proportional".

"Hmm.... Brutal." Ashen Helena commented on the open heart surgery currently being performed by Code-X.

"Really? Brutal?" Code-G said not amused at her commentary.

"Just saying, she's giving the Sirens a pee in their pants. My god if you look at the terror on their faces. Ashen Helena did the Chief's kiss "Ah, Beautiful."

"She's a psychopath who grins in the deaths and despair of her enemies while watching the despaired look in their eyes as slowly crushes their hearts like a maniac." Code-G dejectedly said.

"Or you're just jealous because she could do those and you can't." Ashen Helena bluntly said in front of her who seems didn't like her remark.

Code-G look at her with a face not having any of that crap as it was visible in her typical stoic face and red gem eyes.

"Just saying you know." Ashen Helena said with a shrug in a tone of tease.

"I can do it." a lengthy pause permeated as Code-G thought about her word. "but with some regard for other living beings."

Ashen Elena opened her mouth as she was about to speak, but another voice sounded in Code-G's dimension.

"Bullshit!"

The voice echoed with a followed up gust of wind. Both Code-G and Ashen Helena look towards the direction where the voice came from. In that direction Code-X appeared like a figure in the shadows, her presence emits a dark blue aura of energy cloaking her like an ice vapor.

She lowers her hoody and glances around, the dimensions are far and wide for a broader perspective. A few furniture like chairs and one table are the only solid objects that can be seen in this dimension.

"Quite a nice place. shame... only with few furniture." Code-X scrutinized the lack of interior of Code-G's dimension.

"I'm on a shopping list." Code-G retorted with her own aura that glows golden hue.

Code-X's entry to Code-G's dimension was like a City Girl that had just recently moved in in her Auntie's House, criticizing objects that seemed out of time and date.

Ashen Helena could say such connection as both radiate one-of-a-kind aura.

"You don't have to be hostile old-timer, just saying the lack of materials here and there."

Code-G raise a brow. "Old-timer?" She asked as it sounded like an insult to her.

"I guess time passes even for you."

"Oh boy..." Ashen Helena said as she slowly positioned herself behind one of the chairs as to shield herself from what was about to be called a "Squabble" between the two.

( IMAGE )

Code-G and Code-X have a stand-off with weapons drawn. Code-G draws her Bow and behind her is an aura of an Eagle glowing in bright gold a sign of her divinity. Code-X also did the same with her Death Scythe and behind her is also an aura of Eagle cloaked in dark-blue glow. Both of their power leveling is as high as the roof, endless.

"You better watch your mouth girl and respect my authority in my own realm, you're just a tenant in my home," Code-G said in her signature authoritative undertone.

"Quite a mouthful of you while watching on the sidelines as the world burns."

"It is my duty as Guardian to watch over humanity on their steps, and not getting involve regarding mundane human business."

Code-X responds to that. "And it is my duty to punish those sinners as God's Judgement, I'll punish everyone fairly according to their sins. Humans, Animals, and even Extraterrestrial. Everyone would die equally." Said the last part as she wanted to specify something.

It was a lengthy stand-off as Ashe Helena watched over the chair that she took as cover in case of a Nuclear Explosion in a radius of several feet from where she stood.

Code-G reconciled after the lengthy stand-off between her and Code-X, she unsummoned her Bow. "Fine.... Just don't bother with human affairs. And don't do anything stupid at my home."

Code-X did the same. "What about minor décor, this place is quite boring to my taste." She asked for some minor decoration on Code-G's dimension.

"I'll allow it, but only in minor changes. I don't want to throw off the integrity of this place."

Code-X finger on her chin and thinks about the furniture she wants to add to the pair of chairs and table. "What to choose.... Maybe a sofa? Yeah diffidently a sofa, I don't want my back creaking because of the lack of comfort." She said while thumping her fist into her palm.

Ashen Helena seeing the tension drop, quickly out to her hiding spot. That is behind the indestructible OG gaming chair.

"So... she's staying with us then?" she curiously asked.

Code-G let out a tiring sigh. "Seems like it, let's just hope she didn't get overboard and throw a wrench into our plan as a means of amusement."

"I think I can get along with her." Ashen Helena said.

"Yeah.... Just don't end up as her Guinea-pig."

"Wait – what?!!!!!!!!" Ashen Helena was taken aback by that. Ashen Helena never thought of being Guinea-Pig for Code-X as a means of amusement and killing time.

Code-X placed her hand over Ashen Helena's shoulder. "I think the two of us are going to have fun tonight."

Shivers crawl down her spine, her head slowly turns like a creaking crew. There she meets the glowing red eyes of Code-X that seem glowing in fascination.

"G! help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Code-G turn deaf and blind eye as she focuses her attention on the Holographic Screen which shows the battle that is raging in DC.

In DC, Theodore goes full-on Gundam Heavyams Ver. EW as the wrist-mounted twin 20mm M60 Vulcan Cannon shredded the lines of Sirens as the 20mm Depleted Uranium Round is free all of the Sirens who won the lottery of BRRT BRRT Machine.

Missiles and bombs sounded with the crescendo of gunfire and cannon fire. The whole of Washington DC was like one of the campaigns of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, deep trenches, red sky with the sitting sun and black smoke from the burning buildings, the wreckage of vehicles as victims of both sides and most of all "war".
