With skilled movements, she took a large spoon, scooped steaming white rice, and placed it on the paper.
After that, she added some complementary spices before placing the fried chicken on top. The aroma of the spices from the fried chicken was strong, mingling with the fragrant warm rice.
Once one package was ready, the woman quickly repeated the same process for the other four packages.
Then she took ten skewers of eggs neatly arranged on a wooden tray and carefully placed them into a plastic bag to avoid any mess. Once everything was ready, she gathered the five packages of rice into one large plastic bag and handed it to Aoki.
"So, how much is it all, ma'am?" Aoki asked while reaching into his pocket, searching for the money he had prepared.
The woman calmly stated the price of the food. Aoki quickly pulled out several Ryo bills and politely handed over the money. After confirming that the amount was correct, the woman smiled with satisfaction.
"Thank you very much," the woman said kindly.
"You're welcome," Aoki replied briefly before turning and walking away, holding the plastic bag filled with food tightly in his hand.
