Theoretical possibility?
During research, there will be control group and also calculation that was done in the most optimal state. After all, it was the goal that they wanted to achieve and based on the best possible state, they would calculate the possible result.*
It should have been impossible to achieve the same result during the experiment as what was calculated because many times, their experiment's environment could not reach the ideal state.
Perhaps, the most advanced research institute could do that.
But right now… these things almost didn't exist and many places have been destroyed. Even though the government had been funding these researches, it was impossible for them to give everything.
They had to focus on the people's livelihood more than these research.
Yes, it's important.
But if the people couldn't even live, what's the use of these research's result?
