Chris observed the small bear Pokemon before him, wearing what appeared to be a white "headband."

He was growing somewhat accustomed to seeing perfect IV spreads.

This seemed to be standard configuration for legendary Pokemon. In fact, if a legendary Pokemon didn't possess perfect IVs, Chris would be surprised.

Level 30 with a basic moveset proved that Kubfu was "untrained."

This Kubfu was like a blank canvas, waiting for Chris to write its story and shape it into his desired form.

"Blaziken," Chris retrieved a Poke Ball and released his Pokemon.

"Ken!" Blaziken landed before Chris, maintaining high energy even in the early morning.

"You'll be training with it in the future."

"Practice Force Palm first, then Dynamic Punch, and learn Spiral Aura Sphere along the way."

Force Palm and Dynamic Punch were essential close-combat skills for Fighting-type Pokemon.

Most offensive move development originated from these two techniques.

As for Kubfu's aura talent, it was the strongest Chris had encountered so far! With assistance from the Aura Secret Realm, within a year at most, its aura power would likely surpass both Greninja and Hariyama.

However, he was currently in the capital, and Mew hadn't accompanied him, so he'd have to wait until returning home to send Kubfu to the Aura Secret Realm.

"Ken!" Blaziken straightened confidently, promising to complete the assignment.

Kubfu, the subject of discussion, looked around blankly—at Chris, then at Blaziken—uncertain what trials awaited.

However, if it understood, it would probably feel excited.

Kubfu and Urshifu were born to fight. Learning, focusing, growing stronger—this was their life's purpose!

Chris equipped Kubfu with an Exp. Share and returned both it and Blaziken to their Poke Balls. Today was too late; formal training would begin tomorrow.

Regarding expectations for Kubfu, Chris estimated it could be battle-ready within six months.

Level wasn't the issue—the question was whether it would fully master the techniques Blaziken would teach.

"Ah~~" Chris yawned and stretched. Time for rest.

Kubfu had felt extraordinarily rare before obtaining it, but seemed ordinary afterward.

It was just a legendary Pokemon, after all.

However impressive that might be, he already had two more!

At 9:00 the next morning, Chris received a call from Jase, president of the Breeders Association.

"Chris, Greninja's testing equipment is ready. When do you have time to visit the Breeders Association?"

"Mr. Jase, I'm always available. I'll head over immediately."

"Excellent, then I'll wait for you."

Chris hung up, grabbed a coat, and retrieved Greninja's Poke Ball.

"Gardevoir, let's go to the Breeders Association."

Gardevoir nodded slightly. The moment Chris raised his hand, the scenery before him shimmered, and the next instant, he stood at the Breeders Association's entrance.

"Having Teleport is convenient," Chris sighed.

When Gardevoir grew stronger, perhaps it could teleport directly from the capital back to Dragon City. Then he wouldn't need to start from the capital.

Walking through the Breeders Association doors, countless eyes immediately focused on Chris.

Various emotions filled those gazes—surprise, admiration, disbelief, amazement.

As the newly promoted Elite Four member, he was among the most prominent public figures.

Chris had grown accustomed to such attention.

"Hello, Elite Chris! I'm Dilan, head of the Breeders Association Research Department. Our president asked me to escort you!" A middle-aged man in a white lab coat with thinning hair appeared startled upon seeing Chris, then hurried forward to greet him.

He remembered the president calling Chris just over ten seconds ago, but before he could turn around, Chris had already arrived.

"Thank you for the trouble."

"No trouble at all—it's my honor." Dilan quickly led the way.

The two swiftly entered the Breeders Association's interior.

When Chris's figure disappeared, the entire Breeders Association lobby erupted in commotion.

"That—that's Elite Chris! I wasn't seeing things!!!"

"Someone pinch me so I know I'm not dreaming!"

"Elite Chris is even more handsome than on TV!"

"Ah, I need to tell my best friend she missed coming to the Breeders Association with me this morning! She missed the chance to pass by Elite Chris!"

With Chris's enhanced physical abilities, he could hear their discussions clearly.

Silently embarrassed.

Soon, following Dilan, Chris arrived at the Breeders Association's internal laboratory.

Here, hundreds of people also wearing white lab coats with varying degrees of hair loss bustled about in organized chaos.

Dilan brought Chris to a testing arena.

No opponent waited, just a Snorlax-shaped target dummy.

"How do we conduct the test?" Chris asked, observing the Snorlax target.

"We'll perform two main tests."

"First is the bond test. Originally, we planned to test using your Mega Stone and Key Stone, but I understand your Greninja doesn't require evolution stones for MEGA evolution—instead achieving it through the powerful bond between Trainer and Pokemon."

"So... this may require you to interface with our equipment directly. We need to analyze the bond wavelength. Of course, I assure you the equipment is absolutely safe. We've tested it tens of thousands of times!" Dilan guaranteed.

Chris waved dismissively.

"What about the second test?"

"The second test measures and compares Greninja's physical capabilities after MEGA evolution to determine Greninja's enhancement patterns following MEGA evolution."

"And whether the ability aspects truly match what you described in your paper."

"Additionally... you may need to command it live to test how much move power has increased."
