After punishing Scarlett and Diana, Ren took Cassian around the city.
Unlike when he was with Veylina, he only brought Cassian to places that benefited awakeners, such as auction houses, weapon shops, and potion stores.
Once he finished introducing the important places, they returned to their base. Ren trained his subordinates for three hours before finally roaming the city alone.
To his surprise, he saw Lexie and Veylina when he was eating snacks by the canal bank.
'Where are they going?'
He rose to his feet and approached them.
Once he was close to them, he pretended as if he had never met them before. "Ladies, may I know your names?"
Lexie and Veylina had different expressions when they saw him. Veylina was startled while Lexie smiled softly.
"Ren?" Veylina had never thought they would meet him in that place.
"Sorry. I already have a future husband, so I can't tell you my name." Lexie joined the game.
