Sisi went into labor early because it was twins. She didn't make it to full term, and at just over eight months, the babies were eager to come out.
Having experienced childbirth before, Sisi wasn't too panicked. She only informed the family when the contractions started. Unfortunately, Tian Xinhua wasn't around this time to personally welcome the two children.
Amidst another bout of pain that felt like having every bone in her body broken, Sisi, hoarse from shouting, finally delivered the two little ones.

The older sister weighed four pounds two ounces, the younger brother four pounds.
The sister had a loud and clear voice, full of vitality, while the brother was serene and lethargic, occasionally letting out a few squeaks.
These two siblings had definitely swapped personalities while in the womb, Sisi would think more than once as the children grew.
