Inside the moving truck sat four ordinary-looking men, but upon closer inspection, one could sense that the two men in the back seat had a completely different aura from the two in the front.
"Where are we now? Have we left G Province?" one of the men in the back seat asked in a heavily accented and awkward Chinese. It was clear that this man was not Chinese.
The man in the passenger seat glanced at the desolate countryside outside where occasional frog croaks could be heard, exhaled, and said, "We've already left G City. We should reach H Province in about three more hours."
The man with the awkward speech showed a satisfied smile upon hearing this. Once they reached H Province, they would have nothing to fear. Thinking back to when the armed police stopped them at the checkpoint, he still felt lingering fear. Fortunately, they found experienced Chinese helpers this time; otherwise, getting out wouldn't have been that easy.
