Pei Yansi looked at Shen Heyu expectantly, but Shen Heyu was taken aback. He unconsciously took a half step back and accidentally bumped into Gu Siyu.
Gu Siyu took a large step forward, directly blocking in front of Shen Heyu and shielding her from Pei Yansi's gaze. Seeing this move, Pei Yansi's brow furrowed.
"What do you mean by this?"
"I should be the one asking you that," Gu Siyu said icily. "Shen Heyu has made it very clear to you. The two of you are to go your separate ways, with boundaries clearly drawn. I don't want you bothering her anymore."
Gu Siyu's cold voice served as a reminder to Pei Yansi, whose brows furrowed even deeper. The hope that had appeared in his eyes a moment ago vanished, and his eyes turned pitch black once again.
Those pitch-black eyes gazed sharply at Gu Siyu, and Pei Yansi arched an eyebrow, "This is between Shen Heyu and me. What gives you the right to interfere?"
