Chapter 413 - Chapter 413: Miyuri: Has Hikari-kun already become a man?

Teuchi glanced at the girl from the neighboring school sitting beside him. Maybe because he'd been stunned by Alya's looks, the more he looked, the more he felt how ugly the other girl was, her chest was so flat it looked like it might cave in. One an angel, one underground.

Maybe feeling Teuchi's unfriendly gaze, or maybe because it was their stop, the girl stood up and left her seat.

"I'm getting off soon, I'll go first, bye."

When the bus stopped, that girl got off, and in her place sat a scruffy uncle who'd just boarded.

Smelling that messy uncle's stink, Teuchi felt awful, utterly tormented.

Partly it was physical: the uncle's unpleasant smell.

Mostly it was psychological.

At that moment he couldn't help but recall how, before boarding, he'd proudly shown off to Hikari that there was a girl sitting next to him, while Hikari had only an old stinky uncle beside him.

Now the tables had completely turned: he had a scruffy uncle beside him, while Hikari sat next to a goddess-level beauty, a blonde, blue-eyed foreigner.

Thinking back to his earlier pride and boasting, Teuchi felt like a clown.

He even considered shamelessly using the fact they were classmates as an excuse to butt in and chat with that foreign beauty.

But remembering the scene of Hikari single-handedly beating that tattooed uncle, he sheepishly retreated back into his seat.

Hikari didn't pay Teuchi's embarrassed thoughts any mind.

Seeing Hikari chat with the foreign beauty the whole time without even glancing his way, Teuchi felt even more ashamed and hurriedly got off at a stop.

Hikari, not noticing at all, kept chatting with Alya until the bus reached Ino Village station.

"Hikari-kun, we're here. Let's get off together," Alya said excitedly.

Their conversation on the bus had let Alya learn a bit about Hikari.

When she discovered the boy was not only handsome and has a nice personality, but also knew a lot about Russian history and had read many Russian classics, her fondness exploded, she treated him as the first friend she'd made since coming to Japan.

So when the bus stopped, she eagerly invited Hikari to get off together.

"Okay," They'd had a good chat, so Hikari nodded.

He even helped take the heavy suitcase down from the luggage rack.

"Thank you, Hikari-kun! You're such a good person," Alya gratefully praised as she took the suitcase.

The two got off the bus and walked a short distance; Alya wanted to keep talking while they walked.

But Hikari glanced outside the station and remembered Miss Mira had said someone would pick him up. He said, "Alya, someone will come pick me up soon. Didn't you say your fiance would come get you? My destination isn't exactly the same as yours, so let's split up here."

"Ah?", Alya was reluctant but didn't press it, hurriedly pulling out her phone, "Then… could you leave me your contact info? I'm really grateful for what you did today. If we have time, let's meet again, I want to treat you to a meal to say thanks!"

"Okay."

Hikari took out his phone, exchanged numbers and added her on LINE, then turned and walked in another direction.

Leaving the station of Ino Village, Hikari found the surroundings a little unfamiliar.

Although he'd been to Ino Village several times before, it had been years. The station had been renovated; the scenery outside had changed a bit.

Under the blue sky, rows of utility poles connected along the road, green fields lined the roadside, frogs croaked loudly, fresh air filled his nose, the countryside vibe washed over him.

Hikari opened his phone, followed the navigation, and headed down a small road outside the station.

He'd only gone six or seven steps when a clear female voice gently called him.

"Hikari-kun?"

He turned his head.

Not far ahead, in the middle of a dirt path by a shabby bus stop, stood a beautiful young married woman of about twenty-three or twenty-four, staring straight at him.

Her features were delicate, her cheeks as smooth and pale as a peeled egg, long hair flowing down to her waist, resting on her shoulders.

She wore an off-white sundress down to her knees, revealing a segment of fair calf.

Not only was her face pretty, but her figure was also very full. Though the dress was loose, her bust still pushed the neckline out in a round shape.

A tied bow cinched the waist, making her bound waist look slender and easy to grasp.

As the field breeze blew and the rice ears rustled, her skirt fluttered; a charming smile bloomed on her face.

"Hikari-kun? Is that you? Over here, over here!"

Perhaps afraid he couldn't hear, she shouted and waved her hand repeatedly.

Her ample, fair chest swung with each wave.

Dragging his suitcase, Hikari came up to the beautiful woman.

"Hello, Aunt Miyuri," he said with a smile.

Hikari greeted the beautiful woman before him, someone he'd once been close to and who remained just as lovely in his memory.

Aunt Miyuri came quickly toward Hikari, swaying with each step.

"You finally arrived! I've been waiting so long, I thought maybe you took the wrong bus. Thank goodness you didn't. Long time no see, Hikari-kun!"

Maybe because it had been so long, Miyuri greeted him with strong enthusiasm.

Hikari recalled for a moment and replied, "Yeah, it's been four or five years, right?"

Miyuri nodded, "Four or five years, you've grown up, Hikari-kun, you've become so handsome. Auntie almost didn't recognize you."

"Come here, closer, let Auntie take a good look."

Miyuri pulled Hikari close, leaning her head near his, staring at him intently.

With her movement came the scent of a young married woman.

"I didn't expect that in just a few years, the Hikari-kun who used to trail behind Auntie has grown taller than me."

"Now Auntie can hardly reach to pat your head."

Miyuri, whose head only reached to Hikari's chest, flailed her fair hand and spoke with emotion.

But in her nostalgic actions she didn't notice that half her body was nearly pressed against Hikari's chest as she reached to pat his head.

Though not actually touching, the proximity was very close, maybe because they'd been in contact when he was small, she had no sense of distance.

If Hikari glanced down, he could see the loose neckline of the sundress slightly open.

Aunt Miyuri, like Miss Mira at home, was careless and didn't dress properly, though it was a little difficult, Hikari politely drew his eyes away from that broad expanse of white and smiled at Miyuri.

"You look more beautiful and mature than before, Aunt Miyuri, increasingly womanly," he said.

Hearing the compliment, Miyuri smiled brightly, "Oh, so you've gotten sweeter with your words since we last met. Hikari-kun, you must be quite the charmer for the girls in your class, huh?"

"Haha! I'm telling the truth, Aunt Miyuri, you really have grown more beautiful. The sun's a bit strong here; it's not great for your skin. Let's talk more when we get home," Hikari said.

"Ah, you're right. It's too hot here. Let's go home and talk more!"

"Because it's been so long, Auntie got a bit excited and almost forgot she hadn't put on sunscreen. Let's go back," Miyuri covered her face, a bit embarrassed, looking apologetic.

"No problem," Seeing this aunt who should be older acting like a girlish adolescent made Hikari laugh.

"You've got so much luggage, Auntie will carry some for you~"

Miyuri took some of his bags and the two walked side by side toward the village.

On the way Miyuri asked with a smile, "Hikari-kun, you're in high school now, right? You've grown so tall and handsome, do you have a girlfriend?"

Hikari smiled, "Girlfriends? Yeah, I'll count, maybe a dozen."

"Pfft!", Miyuri burst out laughing, thinking he was joking, and playfully glared at him.

Seeing her smiling like a flower, Hikari asked, "Aunt Miyuri, do you have a boyfriend, or are you married?"

Miyuri raised her left hand, wiggled the ring on her middle finger, and said, "Boyfriend? Auntie doesn't. Married? Auntie's not married either. But Auntie recently got engaged~"

Hikari chuckled and congratulated, "To Natsuki Kazuto or Natsuki Akito?"

Miyuri answered instinctively, "Of course to Kazuto."

Then she paused, puzzled, "Eh! How do you know their names? I didn't tell you. Did Miss Mira mention them to you?"

"No, she wouldn't be telling you that for no reason, and I don't think I told her either…"

Seeing Miyuri's puzzled face, Hikari smiled, "I guessed. I'm good at fortune-telling."

"You wish, fortune-telling?", Miyuri laughed and tapped his shoulder.

"I also know Aunt Miyuri has a mole on the left side of her butt," Hikari said, grinning.

"Tch! I also know you have a mole at the top of your thigh! Didn't you peek when I bathed as a kid?", Miyuri scolded playfully.

"When did I peek? You said you'd scrub my back and dragged me to bathe together, otherwise how would you know I had that mole?", Hikari protested righteously.

"Seems that's how it was…" Miyuri shyly tucked her hair and stuck out her tongue.

They chatted about old times as they walked into the village that had grown unfamiliar to Hikari.

When Miyuri said they were almost home, Hikari suddenly remembered something.

He opened his backpack, took out a delicate gift bag, and handed it to Miyuri.

"What's this?", Miyuri asked, looking at the bag.

"Miss Mira said she was busy and couldn't come in person, but wanted to send her regards. This is the full set of her newest cosmetics and skincare, things like whitening, concealer, repair, all that…", Hikari explained.

Hearing this, Miyuri happily accepted the bag, "Ah! Miss Mira is so thoughtful! Thank her and thank you for bringing it, Hikari-kun~"

Hikari smiled and took out another identical bag, "This one's for Aunt Sayako. By the way, where's Aunt Sayoko?"

Hearing that name, Miyuri waved her hand and said lightly, "Don't mention her. I asked that woman to come with me to pick you up, but she refused. So rude."

Hikari knew Miyuri and Sayako were both very kind to him but didn't get along.

Perhaps Miyuri exaggerated a bit. He smiled, "It's fine, maybe Sayako's izakaya business has been booming and she's too busy."

Before Miyuri could show displeasure, Hikari continued, "Of course, Aunt Miyuri's still the best for me, coming here in such strong sun to pick me up. Thank you for your trouble."

Hearing that, Miyuri beamed and hugged Hikari tightly.

She rubbed his cheek with a playful laugh and said, "Haha, Auntie knew spoiling you wouldn't be for nothing! Hikari-kun knows Auntie best~"

Miyuri had always liked comparing herself to the equally pretty Sayako; when they met they'd bicker and compete, and beating the other made her especially happy.

So Miyuri hugged Hikari tightly in her joy.

The sudden embrace and the gift of skincare caught Hikari off guard; he almost felt smothered.

After all, things weren't like before.

Though her temperament remained innocent and cute, Aunt Miyuri's body had matured. No longer a youthful girl but fully developed, like a ripe peach.

She was even more well-endowed than Hikari had imagined.

After struggling, Hikari finally freed himself from the suffocating embrace.

Seeing him pull away, Miyuri was a bit put out, "Oh, after such a long time you won't let Auntie hug you more? I haven't hugged you in so long."

Hikari smiled and raised a hand, "I'm not a child anymore. Men and women shouldn't be too familiar, Aunt Miyuri."

"Pfft!"

Miyuri rolled her eyes and pushed him hard in the chest with her fair hand.

She was about to tease him for still being a kid, but the solid feel under her hand made her eyes light up.

"Oh? Such firm chest muscles! Not bad, Hikari-kun's not the little boy who followed me around anymore. Has he become a man?"

Hikari smiled, "If Aunt Miyuri isn't sure, you can feel again."
