The rest are domestic major capitalists and citizens who purchased national bonds, with the citizens' share being quite substantial, nearly reaching 40% of the total, almost half.
"I didn't expect the Federation's citizens to be so wealthy, having bought so many national bonds. This debt is indeed difficult to resolve, likely needing to be repaid in full; otherwise, there will be big trouble."
Su Ming said to Irelia with a bitter smile.
