Deep Sea Prison is located beneath Sea King Port.
A narrow top, wide bottom, incredibly smooth metal pipe leads underground.
The underground is covered by thick rock layers, honeycomb alloy structures, at the deepest point, even about a thousand meters deep.
The cells here are layers of wide metal chambers.
There are five layers in total, each with a height of two hundred meters.
The first layer is where the prison guards, researchers reside, along with some material storage warehouses.
The second layer is where Wolf Level prisoners are held, the third layer holds Tiger Level prisoners.
These two floors have the most people, not that these levels of Radiation are very worthy of imprisonment, some are experiment subjects, while others are members of small factions within the Evil Dragon Empire.
Those from small and medium factions are brought to Sea King Port due to certain matters, but are not good to kill outright, so they are kept for investigation or detention.
