Among the spiritual energy of nature, the most common is the Sun, Moon, and Stars Three Lights, also called Three Lights Qi. Besides these, there are various natural qi.
For instance, when cultivators are in the Foundation Establishment realm, they practice the Circulation Skill. If the body has congenital deficiencies, it requires absorbing external qi to replenish the body. This refining skill often involves breathing in the qi of an ancient tree, absorbing its natural qi into the body to strengthen one's primordial qi.
Flowers, trees, birds, beasts, insects, and fish all possess natural qi. Although not as intense as the Sun, Moon, and Stars Three Lights, they should not be underestimated.
Other than that, there are earth vein qi, earth lung qi, wind qi, fire qi, thunder qi, and so forth.
