Because this term has circulated so widely, over time, even the Association has half-officially adopted it.
But strictly speaking, within the Association, there isn't an agency or department truly called the 'Punishment Team'. Ask anyone, and you won't find any business or structure related to the Punishment Team.
In fact, in the archival records, there's only a name called the Forbidden Technology Norm Consulting Workshop.
This is not a standing institution of the Association.
When this workshop decides to convene, apart from managers appointed by council members, members are selected temporarily from the Association's craftsmen according to the situation.
Then... the team goes out to silence witnesses and cause destruction, offering a one-stop service, sometimes including teachers above and students below, along with all informed parties…
