At home, Cheng Zhu was accompanying Little Youzi as she watched TV.
The TV was playing "Pig Hero," an episode he had seen before and vaguely remembered.
Cheng Zhu looked around, pondering, "I wonder if mom and dad have changed their minds?"
He had expressed months ago his wish to buy them a large flat in a high-end neighborhood with better property management, to improve their living environment.
But for now, his parents didn't have any such plans.
Nowadays, as the family's situation improved and their son was so accomplished,
the neighbors, all familiar faces, seemed even happier and prouder during their chats and brags.
"However, with it definitely comes a lot of headaches," Cheng Zhu was clear about that.
Like whether or not he could arrange a job for his son.
Or asking to borrow money.
Or seeking advice on how to start a business.
Even some people, viewing Cheng Zhu as a big shot, would come to request his help with things like finding schools for their children.
