Chen Ke could see that a group of people from more than ten floors up were rapidly evacuating, but they did not go downstairs; instead, they quickly headed to a concealed floor, which might have been some kind of safe house.
He looked at Parker, then at the two girls, and crossed his arms, saying, "I plan to go ask Mrs. Madeline if she knows where exactly the green Holy Diamond is."
"What if she doesn't know?" Diana asked.
"Do you believe she doesn't know?" Chen Ke retorted.
Diana did not speak; she also didn't know the current state of the Administration Bureau.
"I'll take action on my own from here on. You guys evacuate first," Chen Ke said, pulling open a door behind him that had been scorched black. Inside was Diana's room in the Illusion Dream Center.
"The two of them are severely injured, but I can still help," Parker said.
"No, you go in with them. I'll come find you later. It'll be quick," Chen Ke assured.
